!Best Taqueria in town! Maria is very hospitable, greets everyone with a warm welcome and a lovely smile! Very "homey" environment and the food is amazing ! I've been to a few taquerias here and this has to be my favorite and actually AUTHENTIC! Today I had my comfort food; Quesabirria ! The melted cheese and beef dipped in the consome was orgasmic! I had to take one home aswell! I had their homemade horchata which was sweet and creamy, with a smooth texture, topped with cinnamon ( which I also had to take a few home ). Definitely a place everyone should try !! Thank you for the amazing service.

My goodness what a delicious taqueria. Three times Ina week time. We love the carne Al pastor and the carnitas. The service is impeccable. The place is nicely decorated and clean. As a Mexican I can only say fantastic work. You have my seal of approval. Congratulations taqueria el Tlacuache for a great job.

Can't thank Maria and the staff enough for having the best taqueria in Carmichael! All of your food is great but don't sleep on the quesabirria! Get it now! I also recommend the churros for dessert!

The food is terrible! The meat in the tacos were dry. The beans in the burritos were flavorless and not refried as specifically requested. They were half smashed pinto beans. I regret even stopping here. If I didn't take the food home, I would have asked for my money back. Do not waste your money by trying to eat here.

Absolutely amazing food at a great price. The portions were perfect and I left full and satisfied. The hot sauce is super hot so beware with it. Definitely a new favorite spot. Would give a higher score if I could.

I used to like this place. Not sure if there is a new owner, a new cook or if they just gave up on quality. Ordered 5 asada tacos.. And what i got was nasty... Dried up meat... Tried to lather on the sauce and lime juice, but it was still gross. Had to chew for days. Lacked flavor and definitely was not fresh. Some of the pieces resembled beef jerkey. Had to feed the rest to my dogs.. Sorry Kiko and Chuey for the horrible meat i gave you, but i couldn't waste money by throwing it away.

Way over priced and they have gotten lazy about their authentic and fresh foods. Big portions, but not tasty. Will not return after giving them 4 tries. Wanted to love this place so bad for the convenience of not tracking down their food truck. Food truck is better if you can catch them.

My wife and I come here often the food is always amazing and the service is outstanding. Definitely one of the best Mexican food restaurants in Carmichael
