Got my favorite -- al pastor soft taco and tried their Quesabirria. Didn't like the Quesabirria that much compared to the al pastor soft taco but the meat was super soft and tender. I just hope it was cooler inside the restaurant specially with the summer heat since we were eating spicy food. The service as always was good.

We stopped in just before lunch got going and had the place all to ourselves. Located in the corner of a strip mall, parking is plentiful. The space was clean and counter service was efficient. We helped ourselves to chips and salsa while waiting for our order to be delivered. Salsa choices were varied but the chips had been broken into tiny pieces by people digging in there with the tongs. Our order was delivered quickly by one of the friendly staff members. Food was good and plentiful. The chile verde had plenty of meat as did the birria taco. The underside of the birria taco was a sloppy mess and difficult to eat, however. Flavor wise it could have used a little something more. All in all a solid lunch.

In a nutshell; guaranteed to satiate your hunger and more. Breakfast burrito I got was great. It was completely filling and I was only half way through with it. The burrito itself did end up falling apart due to how hefty the stuff in the burrito is but nonetheless very good stuff. Wasn't busy at all when during my visit, and was able to just order and sit down easily. The food didn't take too long to arrive as well despite how much the serving was. Free tortilla chips too while you wait. The service was great as well. Lots of tables inside and outside. The only possible trouble may be would parking since it seems to be a usually busy lot/plaza. Overall good stuff.

Four words: Al pastor crunchy taco. OMG amazing! Beautiful char on the al pastor; they are prepared somewhat "Jim Boy's" style and quickly become my favorite (in fact I returned the next day to buy a another taco)! The rice was delicious, mildly flavored (think: chicken broth or maybe sazon). The refried beans tasted canned. My husband's black beans were undercooked and bland. Love the self serve salsa bar with a variety of salsas and tortilla chips. Sergio and Rocio were very nice and accommodating. I'll definitely be back but I'm not sure if I'll be able to bring myself to try anything else besides the al pastor crunch tacos!
