Margie and crew are an amazing catering company. The food is always magnificent, beautifully displayed, and tastes amazing! I cannot say enough about how pleased we are!

I attend monthly luncheons in which Edible Events is the caterer. Have not been let down once! Today I had their taco salad - very yummy with avocado, cheese, lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, etc. Also tried their cornbread. Very good - not dry nor too crumbly. But the biggest hit was the beer bread. Hello - can I buy some NOW please? How do I describe it: salty, sweet, slightly crunchy, but can still sink your teeth into it. I snuck out of the speakers talk to grab more for me. I know, I know, RUDE. But so worth it.

I recently celebrated a wonderful birthday party that was elegantly & lovingly catered by Edible Events. The food was a hit as my guests seemed to savor every bite. The service as handled by Ashley was incredible as she was on a mission to make my party a memorable experience, which it was. I would hire them back for another event & highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a similar experience. Their prices are very reasonable too

Having utilized caterers for YEARS AND YEARS in my profession, I will say that Margie's Team at Edible Events is my Tried and True!We started using Edible Events in 2009, having utilized many other caterers. This particular event we needed appetizer/drinks and delectable desserts. We were blown away by the quality, might have something to do with Margie's background in Pastry. Top notch.Over the years, many other departments have also utilized Edible Events as their caterer. When there are "leftovers" the FIRST thing people ask about? The BEER BREAD.Great group, great management, great food. Top Notch!

Oh my goodness. Finding out that the food for today's meeting will be catered by Edible Events is THE highlight of my day.Their food has never let me down. And I have to agree with Jessica S. and Tiffany K. - the beer bread is AMAZING. I tried to make my own but it was nowhere near as delicious (or with that much butter). If you are in the presence of the beer bread, GO GET SOME. No, another piece. And another one. The salads are delicious, and especially love the Thai salad. (It's nowhere healthy, but who cares? Well, just as this point in time) Actually, I took some leftovers from yesterday's meeting and had it for breakfast. Yummmm.

Edible Events catered our wedding reception and i was very very happy with the choice. Margie was easy to work with. She found the perfect balance between designing a menu that aligned with our style and desires while also remaining conscientious of our budget limitations and offering helpful suggestions for ways to cut costs. On the day of the event, her staff was great and our guests really enjoyed themselves!

This place used to be my go-to caterer, but over the years, the service level has gotten worse and worse. While they do have good food, I will never use this caterer again because Margie is the RUDEST business owner I've dealt with. You would think as a business owner, Margie would realize that word of mouth and customer service go a long way. It is a well-known fact around my office that the owner has terrible customer service skills, so I know it is not just me or that I caught her on a bad day. With the number of amazing, delicious caterers in Sacramento, I would highly recommend steering clear of Edible Events and using a different company when you have an event.

From the event host's perspective, this catering company is reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. From the consumer end, their dishes are creative, delicious, and functional. I always order extra BEER BREAD for my events, that way I can bring some back with me!

I was part of the planning team for our event this past weekend and one of my colleagues made arrangements for Margie to cater our event. The food was so fresh and flavorful it significantly added to the over all successs of our conference. In addition to preparing a scrumptious lunch, my favorite was the portabella mushroom sandwich, though I heard the pasta salad may have been the biggest hit. We also had breakfast and afternoon snacks that were out of this world. At days end I was so full I had to put a few of the to die for brownies in my purse and had them the next day. They still tasted as if they had just come from the oven. If your looking for a quality caterer in every aspect Edible Events is the best!

Always on time, always courteous, and always yummy. As other reviewer states their beer bread is the best. I have used there services many times over the past 8 years and have always enjoyed their offerings. I have had hot meals, salad assortments, and sandwiches. Cookies are good as well.
