Dutch Bros Coffee

Ordered my drink ahead on the mobile app and it told me pick up time was at 2:05.I came in at 2:08 and they offered to remake my drink because "it's been sitting out and melted a bit".All I can say is "wow!" Because I really appreciated that.Great customer service!

I visited Dutch Bros Coffee while awaiting a friend's flight arrival. Super busy for 930pm, constant traffic. Two lanes to order but no one outside taking orders, but it was nighttime. A person eventually came out and got all the orders, 8-10 cars. Once that was done the line proceeded quickly. Come to find out there were only two guys working, hustling to prepare and serve orders. I like that you can pay outside with a credit card when they take your order. I got a hot chocolate, non fat extra hot with whip. It was good but I'd forgotten to ask for the sugar free syrup, that would have made it excellent. No fault of Dutch Bros. The young man with red hair had exceptional customer service. This is a great place to meet up with my friends.

Second time ordering The Bob Marley drink and was not disappointed at all. To my delight, this is my new go to drink here at Dutch Bros. The flavors of coconut, banana, chocolate milk and espresso shot is just a burst of deliciousness in your taste palette.

Very popular coffee spot! Always a line but it's worth the wait! The menu is huge with many options! They have options like low calories, sugar free, hazelnut, oat milk, and much more! The staff members are super friendly! It feels like you're having a friend that's making you some coffee. They blast good music and they always have great vibes!

This location SUCKS.. drive thru guy spending 10 minutes on one car then when l did place my order and he took my card and didn't let me see the cost , I had to wait till I got to the window to ask how much my order was ! The whole experience was a BIG no for me , I love Dutch Bros however this location is on BYPASS for me !!'

Wow disappointed. The past three times I went had been going downhill compared to my first few experiences. Too much ice! Drinks aren't consistent with taste.

*****Amazing Shakes and Coffee!*****It was a 100° outside And the little one and I stopped by for some refreshing milkshakes. SHe had "The Cookie" shake and I had "The Snickedoodle".The drive-thru goes fast and the customer service is great. We got lots of smiles, friendly comments, and thank you just for getting our shakes.The prices are reasonable and this is especially true if you compare it to starbucks. However, there is no comparison because this place is way better.They have a full menu of drinks including Various coffees teas and milkshakes. The only thing bad about this place Is when your drink runs out and you wish you ordered extra extra extra large.I love Dutch Brothers Including this location. I am so sick of Starbucks and I hope this place expands rapidly.

I had ordered an iced peach green tea and I was about 10 min away . By the time I get there the order is still not even made . I get making it in the process of me pulling up and then the barista didn't even pay attention to my order and just handed me green tea . Not what I ordered . The line wasn't even busy for walk up . I didn't even have time to correct it I had to go to work

We LOVE Dutch bros, enough to drive the distance.This location however, AVOID at all costs. Every time we come to Sacramento, we think it will be different but the drive through line is excruciating. Today we got in line at 4:44pm.It's 5:20pm and still do NOT have our drinks.This is not how Dutch Bros operates. I am disappointed, annoyed and don't think will come back to this location.Service is mediocre at best. No smiles, no greeting, just people existing in a job they hate is the environment. P.sIt's now 530pm and just NOW getting our order of ONE drink.AFTER trying to hand us the wrong order.

Started each morning of my week-long work trip by going through the drive through. Each day I was greeted with the well-known Dutch friendliness and great drink recommendations. This location was full of cheerful people who really make you feel special, a tough thing to do in the early hours before the sun comes up. Stop by and visit them, you'll be glad you did!
