Good Product ....Semi Rude Service. I'll just use different locations instead of this one.

Slowest service and the layout of the drive up with all the curbs, scraped my rims. Never coming back here again.

Well hell, Dutch Bros down the street.I love the 911 but too late in the day to get one, I would be staring at the ceiling all night. Got 4 shot espresso over ice with milk and honey. So good.I think the girl at counter ODed on caffeine she was talking 200 miles a minute so it took a bit for the order. She was pleasant.Yeah that is my Sporty!!!

Wow people are lame on yelp. 2 stars average because some people only go online to complain. Dutch Bros is awesome and I go here because their coffee and customer service are both excellent. Seriously they're great in both areas which is rare: product and service. They set a standard for fast food coffee and way surpass Starbucks. Every time I come I have a good interaction no matter the location. I'm thrilled this one is so nearby. I don't buy anything any of these other reviews said. Six stars. Bonus they also have pup cups with milk bones!

The line..... you can see the long line but yet I got in it. Only one person taking orders and it wasn't until I got to the front that another person came out to take orders. The service was friendly and pleasant and the smoothie was just ok. I most likely won't be in that long line again. Just not my type of smoothie but I tried it.

I just love coming to this Dutch Bros.the staff here are the best.. I do come to this one pretty much almost every day because I work right down the street and I have pretty good relationships with the people that work there..and the drinks taste so much better at this location, then the others.. Will definitely recommend this location

I went back recently to give them another try and just as I knew they would, I received the great service that I always knew Dutch Bros to offer. The line was moving fast and there were multiple people taking orders. Everything seemed smooth and my cold brew was delicious. I love all the stickers and stuff they do throughout the year!

Another dutch bros, another wrong order and bad experience. This is the second dutch bros I've been to in a row, that got my order wrong. This time, I arrived in the early evening, so it wasn't busy at all. There was one car in front of me. I didn't see it on their posted menu but I asked if they had boba. The lady who rook my order said they had strawberry popping boba. So I got a medium passion fruit blended lemonade with the strawberry popping boba. When she repeated it to me, I thought she said just strawberry and I corrected her and said the strawberry boba. She said, yes, that what she meant. When I got up to the window, the guy staff member wasn't very friendly. I guess I'm used to them greeting me and making some small talk. They also usually confirm my order by repeating it. It look a couple minutes but he just handed me my drink. At first glance I didn't see the boba. But I didn't want to be a diva. And there was a line forming behind me. So I just left. I was right - no boba. I was excited to try it too. It tasted just like regular lemonade. And I could see a scoop of strawberry puree scooped on top. It could've had passion fruit blended in there but I didn't taste a strong passion fruit flavor. It was just overall sweet. I was able to drink about half of it while it was still frozen (I'm a slow drinker). Then it kinda turned into a regular strawberry lemonade. Haha. It was a fine drink, just a bit disappointing that I didn't get the drink I wanted.

We asked for no ice cream, but i didn't think that meant half a drink.the reason i ask for no use is if im paying for example a 16oz drink i want 16oz to drink .not sure if they have to follow a by the book recipe with x amount of ice scoops included which would then fill that said drink size but hopefully next time they will do better. Never had a problem with florin ,Stockton blvd ,Elk Grove blvd or any Dutch bros for that matter.i hate to be rude but when i asked them about it they said "you said no ice"... of course as the saying goes ..never argue with the person preparing your food / drinks. I'll b back but this was unacceptable

The coffee was just milk and no taste, my first time trying dutch bros and I won't be trying it again.
