Dutch Bros Coffee

This has become a regular spot for us, mostly because our dog is obsessed with the pup cups. This location is walking distance from a couple of the parks we walk our dog at and he knows the way by heart- from any direction...We always stop here at the walk up window and their staff has always been friendly. They also always make sure our dog feels special and gets his own up cup.We've explored the menu ourselves and my husband and I agree that we like the lemonades the most, followed by the hot chocolate. We love that there are so many flavor options and we like to try the seasonal flavors too.It's a solid location and we're happy to have it so close to the parks!

Long lines, but always worth the wait. Outside is always clean. Can't talk about the inside because there isn't one. lol and we never need to talk about customer service because you will never have a bad experience at any Dutch Bros™. Their customer service is always off the charts

Dutch bros is popping up everywhere! This new location is right off the freeway. They have a double lane drive thru for when it's super busy. I def recommend downloading their app to look at the drinks and abundance of flavor combos, plus you can get rewards points. Glad that all the workers were very friendly. We came at night so we opted for hot chocolate. A small hot chocolate was only about $2.95! Super cheap compared to Starbucks.I tried the banana split(vanilla, banana, & dark chocolate) hot chocolate with soft top! I loved it! I've tried their coffee at other locations and find them to be pretty sweet. I remember really liking the rebel energy drinks. Will have to come back again soon :)

So very much excited to see Dutch Bros coffee join the Willow Creek neighborhood!Dutchbro's brings the positive vibes and the stuff that gives you the energy you need to survive the day. If you have a sweet tooth and a need for caffeine, I have to say you can't go wrong with the Caramelizer! If you're just a stickler for some straight coffee, The Cold brew is Solid! Dont forget to get a sweet on the side, the lemon poppyseed muffin top is.. **chef's kiss** good! I came to the soft opening oThe West El Camino location is super new so there's much more to be said about it's surroundings and what's to be added but it's a great addition to the area, conveniently right off the 80 freeway. If you haven't tried Dutchbro's, its your time! Prepare for friendly customer services, delicious coffee and maybe a slight coffee addiction to go!

My cold brew coffee with soft top was nearly all ice. I feel like they are intentionally overloaded with ice to give you less coffee.

first timer here! wasn't sure what to expect but I had heard all the reviews for this coffee shop so had to try it while I was in Sacramento. ordered the iced chai latte with almond milk and sugar free peppermint. originally got handed a drink made without the SF peppermint and staff were quick to realize that and remade my order. thank you for that! there are picnic tables outside if you wish to consume your drinks or snack by the restaurant. outside area was fairly clean.the drink itself was pretty good. nice array of flavors you can add. of course it comes with a small charge but worth it to get what you want, if you ask me. lots of drinks on the menu for people who don't enjoy coffee. walk up stand was quick to order and make drinks for my party but we did show up at 1730 on a Thursday so can't speak to how busy it would be in the morning or during lunch time.either way it was worth it. thanks for the good experience. r/sm

This is where we get our afternoon caffeine fix. They are located in a brand new development, which is right off the freeway. In terms of service, they are super efficient. They have 2 drive thru lanes and have 1-2 staff that walk up to your car and take your order. If your order is ready before you get to the pick up window, someone will bring it to your car. Their unique drive-thru lanes allow you to pull out of the lanes and take off, so you don't have to wait for other cars to get their orders - genius! For drinks, we usually grab an iced Kicker and blended Annihilator.

We had to stop by for their Opening Day. This location is right off the freeway. The employees were very nice. The line moved pretty fast. We got three drinks and a few free stickers. They have a few tables out front in case you want to stay and enjoy your drinks or treats.

This Dutch Bros has consistently been the best one I've been to (which is fortunate for me since it's basically down the street from me). Dutch Bros in general is consistent across each location but the interactions with employees can obviously vary from one location to the next pretty heavily. The employees at this location are all fantastic. Fun to chat with, genuine and friendly. However, one employee in particular really impressed me the last few times I've gone. I didn't catch their name but they remember me every time I show up, they remember my order (I've only ordered this particular order a handful of times, so it isn't like I've been getting it every day for months on end - yet). They even remembered which drink was for me as they put a drink stopper on the other drink but not on mine since I'd be drinking it on my way home. I know plenty of people experience someone remembering their order but this is definitely the most impressive example of that I've seen. To the employee - I'm sorry I didn't get your name so I could mention you in this review directly. I'm the one who gets the two hot chocolates (hazelnut truffle and tuxedo). You are great and I'm blown away by how good your memory is.
