Dunkin And Baskin Robbins

This place is new to Placerville and we were excited to finally have a good donut and ice-cream option but if they hope to stay they are going to need to make a few changes. Especially the speed of service. It's nice to have a drive through option but took at least 15 minutes to get through the drive through and there was only two cars in front of me. The girl that helped me was very friendly and apologetic to each car about the wait but if you are hoping for a quick drive through meal you will need to go somewhere else. I have not been to a Dunkin' Donuts in a really long time, so I was surprised by the variety in the menu options. They actually offered an avocado toast, which I consider trying, but I was a little afraid since it's a fast food drive-through. if anyone's tried the avocado toast there, Please let me know if it's worth it.? Also since they have a drive through they should find a way to display the donut options. There was no way to know what donuts were available in the drive thru

For a new store just opened it SUCKED! Drive-thru SUCKED waited behind 3 cars for 25 minutes just to order. People were getting out of the cars to order inside. I went tgere to get something simple and try it out. I ordered at the speaker one chocolate bar... wait uh you don't sell them um ok. Let's try the Apple Cider donut and a small sugar free vanilla ice latte with a extra shot of Expresso in whip. $10I finally get to the window and chicken says hi and welcome so I say Hi back. Then awkward silence... then she asked do I want to order something?!?! Wait what I'm confused as I already ordered. OHHH she says and reads my order as I agreed. Then she asks for my phone because they don't have a machine to bring to tge window and tap. Ugh! Bruh!!I get my order and now wait for the car ahead to get back in the car from ordering inside.... I get to stop light and try tge coffee and totally WRONG!! I got someone else's weird ass almond milk, pumpkin , roasted Hazel crap!! Grrrr. Then tried the donut and it was like cold like just thawed out cold.. not bad taste but still not what I was wanting. 1st experience royally SUCKED!!!!! So I gave it away and went to the place I should've before on Placerville Drive next to Dickies... EXCELLENT !!

Service was amazing- friendly and quick. Pumpkin spice latte with almond milk (customized) was on point.Clean restaurant with lounge area, music background - great start to Saturday. Quick stop for sweet and savory, hot and frozen treats.

We went with my family on the grand opening day. Everyone was so welcoming and we had great experience at Dunkin / Baskin It a very elegant and modern setup. Will be back soon

It's appears new in business and customer service was great. My kids really enjoyed their ice-cream. thank you for coming to Placerville. will be back for more.

Waited 10 minutes while staff kept ignoring me. Finally someone said I'll be with you, and never did. I felt invisible. I ended up walking out. It wasn't even busy.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We were stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to the point where we had to get out of the car in the drive thru and ask the manger to please move the 2 cars in front of us so we could get out. Finally after 10 minutes she came out and me and 5 other cars left the drive thru due to them not knowing how to manage time. If someone has a large order and it's going to take you a minute to get them all their stuff you ask them to move forward and have an employee bring it out when ready. You don't hold the line up for OVER 30 minutes. Just ridiculous!!!! I understand they just opened and we really wanted to love this place but this experience will most likely keep us from ever returning. No apology or solution from the manager either.

The last couple times we have gone to dunkn/baskin robins it's Been a complete mess. Never have the most simple ice cream in stock the milkshakes are just straight milk... it's not hard to be friendly either. Do better we won't be coming back.
