Ducky's Donut Shack

Very strange experience. We placed a "too good to go" order at this establishment. When I arrived to pick it up, the lady behind the counter, looked at me, said she had canceled my order online, and walked away without so much as an explanation or an apology. If they don't want to be part of this program, they shouldn't have signed up for it. There were dozens of donuts still available so it's not like they ran out. The shop was also very dirty so it's probably best we didn't get an order from them.

The donuts are nothing special, just like any regular donut. Giving them 2 stars for charging more for sprinkles. I asked her which are regular she tells me any round donut so I stick to that, she then charges me more sharing that the sprinkle round donuts isn't regular. I told her you could have said that and she didn't apologize nor proceeded to charge he for regular. Not good service and so sad because I support local business but that's a shady practice charging people more . If I wanted mix I would have gotten different donuts and paid more. Not coming back and don't recommend.

The people who work here are really nice and efficient. Their donuts are great, just really good traditional donuts. But the maple bar with whipped cream is phenomenal. I like coming here and I'd return again. 4 starts because I thought the apple fritter was kind of small compared to many other shops. It was still great.

Best donuts around. Everyone is nice and they have a great selection in the morning. Stay away from that chain with pre-made donuts nearby and support your local shop.

Really good donuts! Everything was very fresh. Their apple fritter and cinnamon twist were excellent. Very friendly staff.

Placed an order on Too Good only to have it cancelled at the pick-up time. I was less than two blocks from them when the email came. I guess I will never try their donuts after this. Poor customer service!

The donuts bring me back to donuts of my childhood. Don't know what they are doing to make them taste so good, but keep it up.
