Would go by again if I was in the area! Found this place on Yelp and it did not disappoint!! Those fries were so good and crispy!!! Great non dairy drink. Vegan approved!!! Staff was friendly and helpful helping me decide what to get. My order came out quick. Much appreciated.

This used to be my favorite tea spot, conveniently close to my home with amazing service and great drinks. My husband and I were weekly regulars here.Recently, they revamped their menu to appeal to a more food centered audience. They have significantly cut down on the number of drinks they offer in favor of more food related items, which was a disappointment for me. There was also a recent staffing change. Its not to say that the quality of the service has decreased, but its clear that their focus is more on the food aspect than the drinks. Last time I got what used to be my favorite drink, the tea was over-steeped to the point where it was bitter. I'm actually a little sad that I might be considering alternative spots for my tea now. On the upside, the food is pretty good, though a tad pricey. Still worth the occasional visit in my opinion.

I love that this place is located in a plaza, so you can park conveniently!It wasn't busy when I went in but it's small inside with very limited tables. They do have a good selection of drinks, just like many other boba places. You can also adjust the sweetness and ice level, which is always nice because I like my drinks less sweet. I got a fruit tea, mango paradise I think that's what it's called. I thought it would come with some mini fruit chunks or something but no,it's just tea and water and a light mango flavor. I got 25% sweet so it wasn't that sweet but my drink tasted like lightly sugared water lol. I wouldn't get this again but would try other drinks.

Iwas looking for a spot to hang out while I waited for my dog to finish his appointment at Lucky Penny. I was in the mood for a coffee and saw that this spot had a good selection of drink options as well as food options.There is plenty of parking in the plaza lot and the restaurant is bigger than I expected. There were two booths, a four top table and bar seating with three seats. There were a few people there when I arrived and a steady stream of customers while I was there.The staff was friendly, but not overly so. I ordered a House Coffee ($6.50), Rose Garden tea ($7) and a spam musubi ($3.25). The drinks were ready quickly and the House Coffee was delicious and just the caffeine boost I needed. I worked on my phone while I waited for the Spam musubi and it was out within about five minutes.While I was there it looked like people were grabbing to-go orders as well and with all the menu items they offer it seems like a good spot for this.I ended up heading out after I got the spam musubi and ate it once I arrived home. The spam to rice ratio was a bit off for me, I would have liked a slightly thicker cut of spam, but it was a good snack.I enjoyed the Rose Garden tea the next day and it was delicious.I would definitely stop in again to try more tea and different menu items.

Loved the selection of flavors and add-ons; I got to try cheese foam for the first time which was interesting! Not cheesy, but added a nice creaminess to the drink. Boba was perfectly prepared--nothing too firm or crunchy--and the ratio between boba and beverage was spot on. The Cafe is not very large, but it's nice that they do have about 3 booths to sit at. It is quite loud with the blenders and my partner and I sometimes had difficulty hearing each other, so do keep that in mind. We also needed to wipe down our own table--customers were coming in all the time, so the staff was quite busy. I would definitely come back, especially for take-out.

Two words: BÁNH MÌ! My absolute favorite! So delicious! I am now obsessed! We also got the Saigon street tacos, which were so tasty and bursting with flavor! The Purple Rain and the Thai Milk Tea with boba are so delicious!

We were just driving past town and wanted to find a quick stop lunch. I'm usually hesitant of trying new boba spots all the time, but this boba shop exceeded our expectations. Initially, we came for popcorn chicken but they no longer serve them. It was disappointing, but we decided to try other items on their menu.We order two boba drinks: dragon milk tea and dirty matcha latte. Both drinks were super satisfying. I was able to taste the matcha among the sweetness level and my bf couldn't stop sipping on his drink. Even though the quality of the boba wasn't soft that day, we are still willing to come back to try it again. It was an Instant bookmarked on our list. We also ordered two banh mi sandwiches, one with Korean flavor and the other with grilled chicken. The size of these sandwiches was HUGE! I was already full halfway through, even with just a few sips from my drink. In terms of flavor, the grilled chicken was good and tender but not as juicy. However, I definitely recommend trying the Korean flavor--it was so juicy!

Ordered some snacks for takeout. Got the popcorn chicken with spice and the Saigon street fries. The popcorn chicken had the perfect combination of juicy chicken with crispy batter. The Saigon fries are addicting! We ate them so quickly i wished we'd ordered a second.Will have to come back to try the bahn mis and plates

I don't know how long this place has been open but OH MY GOD! Best boba tea I have had in a while. Super cute place with dope art on the walls. Now I'm picky, the boba pearls are an essential part of why I'm so picky. I always ask to try it before I just add it on my drink because I'll make or brake it for me. The boba is sweet and caramelly (hehe my made up words) not just plain and chewy. I got the Tiramisu Viet Coffee and I will from now on go there and get this for who knows how long so please do not change your recipes. It's so good that I just have to recommend everyone to try it. I also tried their Banh Mi sandwiches one chicken and the spicy Korean and it was so fresh and flavorful. I can truly say that so far I have not been disappointed. Been there three days in a row . Sorry about not having photos lol but will try to add some next time around .

Best bubble tea in the area! I'm surprised this isn't a chain yet! I've tried many other shops around Sacramento and this is one of the best. Staff is very friendly and they are OK with custom requests. Highly recommend!
