This was the balloon I wanted filled
The store is behind auto zone off Elkhorn blvd
Random stuff stashed everywhere
Strangely Cute? Half Dog/Half Crab?? LOL
Disorganized
I'd be embarrassed to manage this store.
For candy crush addicts
This store has a lot of stuff. Unfortunately, it's a mess.

Affordable and High-Quality FindsI stopped by Dollar Tree to pick up a few essentials like cleaning supplies, paper towels, and snacks. The store was organized, and the staff was super helpful when I couldn't find what I needed. The quality of the cleaning supplies was impressive, and the snacks were perfect for my work week. I was amazed at how much I could get for such a low price! The value at Dollar Tree is unbeatable--everything I needed for under $20! If you're looking for budget-friendly options with great quality, this is the place to go.

I go to this dollar tree frequently. Sometimes I can find some things I am looking for. And sometimes it's a miss. If you are looking for seasonal items like decorations get them in advance. Do not wait last minute. Also this location also seems to have issues with their ceiling constantly. I always see a watch your step sign almost every time I visit. That is why I give it 4 stars. Also sometimes their food selection is hit or miss here. Overall I do continue to support them. But wish there was more variety in food. And also more items for kids.

So although I absolutely love the variety at this store, literally one of the biggest dollar tree stores I've been too. ..the customer service is horrible. I get that you have a job to do stocking shelves, but guess what, if your needed so people don't have to wait in the line to pay for 10 min, then it's your job! Stop acting like your customers are such a burden to you. And if you didn't want to open up another cashier lane, then you shouldn't have opened it for your own employee to buy something! I have never understood how a manager can complain about helping people. Literally ITS YOUR JOB. And if you don't like customer service maybe you should find a job that suits you're disgusting personality.

This used to be a great place to shop but they need to work on their customer service. I went in today and told my son to get a cart they employee came over and nearly snatched and said customers don't have carts here. How are we supposed to shop? Then I seen another employee with a cart so carts are for employees and not paying customers. This is not the 1st time I seen this same employee have attitude she even said something to a customer rudely when they were looking at a boutique of balloons.

This particular store of dollar tree/business will remain "unclaimed." Why? Because it is unbelievably ghetto and the employees have no manners, which means "customer service" isn't even something their minds can comprehend. Who would want to claim this store? No one. After tonight's visit, this will be the last time I ever give my business to this particular store. On top of patronizing, they can't do simple math. Said I picked 12 balloons, when it was only 10 but because I was so over their ignorance, I was like charge me the 12, who cares, just let me get out of here. A few dollars to get my peace of mind back and leave this horrid store quicker than I got there, no problem. Grow up people. Had to tell my 9 year old and 6 year old, that were present with me as they saw the same childish behavior, had to explain to them that I teach them and I am always challenging them to be better so they do not turn out like the so called "adults" we encountered tonight. So I guess thank you, for your immaturity and your lack of having parents raising you right, you were the perfect example for my children tonight on how never to behave or become!

my wife and I were shopping there and I saw they had two restrooms. both were locked. I asked the store clerk if I could use the restroom. He said "we don't have one". I told him there was two and I as a customer need to be allowed to use one. He said "we don't let people use our restroom". My wife and I left the store and refuse to shop there anymore.

Stopped here with my grandson today and was very disappointed. There were a lot of empty shelves, and the floors were sticky to walk on everywhere. I bought 6 items but told the cashier I didn't need a bag because I had some in my car and my grandson helped me carry the items. I looked at the items as they rang up on the monitor but didn't notice until I got home that I was charged a $.10 bag fee and the reason listed was because there were less than 3 items. What????? Do they unknowingly tack that on everyone's bill? I know it's a small amount but that's dishonest. I won't be going back there.

Store is gross, can see the water damage on the walls which more likely has black mold in the walls, managers who will cuss you and your children out because they are having a bad day. Some of the workers look like Crack heads with some who are polite and are actually willing to help you find product in this disgusting and messy Store. I'm surprise this Store is allowed to operate with water raining down on you while your shopping and I've cockroaches near the food yuck

I stopped in my local Dollar Tree on Madison avenue and Auburn Blvd. to have 1 average size ballon filled with helium. As I walk in I see the associate was already at the balloons filling them. I asked if I paid double if she could fill my balloon (centimental value for daughters graduation) , instead of just giving me one of there unfilled balloons she was working on and using the helium to fill my balloon and collecting double the money she will make off the one balloon that she hadnt filled yet, she says she wouldnt. As I was trying to explain where she was going wrong, another employee says with a smile " especially since there is a helium shortage". Does anyone understand my problem with this interaction? Can someone explain their logic when it comes to customer service? I realize that this review is for the Elkhorn Blvd store which is who I called right after leaving the Madison Ave. store and they gave me the same answer as well as the Watt avenue store. So pretty much all of the dollar tree stores I am yelping at as well as the corporation itself. You dont have to sell high end merchandise to provide customer service with common sense
