Division One Nutrition

Located in the old Mervyn's (if you know you know) shopping center; Division One (D1) Nutrition is brought to you buy an owner. Who wants to give back to the community he was born and raised in, by way of providing HEALTHY "fast food" nutrition options. To a very under served part of South Sacramento...which is something Sacramento needs more of; and that I can totally get on board with.I attended D1 Nutrition's soft opening for friends and family; the community was of course welcome as well. I loved the look of the place and really digged the mural on the wall, that paid homage to the city. The menu is comprised of health shake and tea option, and even had protein donuts to purchase. The shakes and tea are broken down by their "Classics" and "Specialty" options. And the specialty options are further broken down by food categories like "Cereal lovers", "Cookies & cakes", and "P.B. Lovers". As well as benefits categories like "Fat reducers" and "Post-workout", which I think it really cool. It makes selecting what you want a lot easier to decide. There's also various add-ons you can add to any of your shake like Probiotics, immunity boosters, collagen, fiber, etc.. Which can kick your shake up a notch.I came with my boys and wanted a shake and tea combo, and they each just wanted a shake. So, I decided to go with the White Snickers shake and Black Diamond "lifted" tea. While my youngest ordered the Birthday Cake specialty shake and my middle one got a Mocha Frappe specialty shake. All were good, and I like the fact that, the shakes and drinks are actually good for you. Plus, my boys like them as well, so they're a hit with kids!OVERALL: The owners and staff are so friendly, and products are healthy for you and taste amazing. And there's shake and tea flavors that taste so good that you'd swear they weren't. You won't be disappointed checking this place out, and if you haven't already stopped into D1 Nutrition. Go on and check them out!

I absolutely love the vibes and positive energy here, from the 1st time I walked in I was greeted with smiles My drinks are delicious every time! If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would. Go check this healthy place out and get into shape for the benefit of your life not just for the new year do it for a NEW YOU!!

Great vibes and drinks! If you're looking for a filling, healthy shake that's tasty, this is the place to come to. They also have fitness classes and wellness evaluations. Definitely a game changer if you're trying to get on the right track to becoming a healthier version of yourself.

Such a positive place! Fun workouts, great environment and amazing coaches! You even get a yummy recovery shake after your workout! If you're looking for a fun workout with some awesome judgement free people, then this is the right place for you! Definitely recommend. They are indeed changing lives with positivity, top tier nutrition and fitness!

Don't let the outside of the store fool you or make you NOT stop for a Smoothie, Tea or shake... The second you walk in, it's like wow factor. That's just one reason to go inside. Meeting the Family, was awesome, it's not just a college kid doing his homework and not caring or listening to your need. This Husband/ Wife business is a great story, so ask while you wait. The pictures are not fake, they are the real thing. And.. TASTE DELICIOUS! And ALL GOOD INGREDIENTS. Plus they being certified personal trainers they coach at this location too..and what a better way to finish a work out.Pros. I had the brownie batter it was amazing ! Great in taste and nutritional value! As a personal trainer I was very impressed with the drinks being able to deliver on both ! And the very welcoming and friendly service makes the visit all the more worth it ! Highly recommend

Looking to begin your health journey but don't know where to start? D1 is theee place to GO!! They will educate you, workout with you and break it down on what you gotta do to get where YOU want to be. Such powerful and motivational energy during their AMAZING FitCamps Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30pm! And a judgement free zone! Great community too! If you're looking to be around determined, successful and just overall good people then get over to D1 asap! A vibe you'll never forget. ** Annnd their shakes, teas, waffles and donuts are BOMB.

Absolutely love the nutrition shop. This is my second time visiting to purchase a shake, honestly I drank my first one so fast I didn't get a picture so this time I took one prior to leaving so I could do review and post. I believe I ordered Turtle cheesecake shake, it honestly tasted like a milk shake I couldn't believe it was healthy for me. So good I would definitely order this flavor again. The Mocha coffee also had prolessa duo & another product I can't recall but it was called caramel macchiato it gave me energy, taste bomb & was a big size for very reasonable price. I'm a customer for life. I'm so excited!!!
