Device Brewing

Device Brewery on R Street is the OG location, and it has an incredible industrial theme that adds to its unique charm. Whenever we visit on Saturday evenings, it's always busy, which speaks to its popularity as a great get-together spot for friends.The beer selection is fantastic, offering a variety of options that cater to different tastes. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, which enhances the overall experience.If you're looking for a lively place with great beer and a welcoming atmosphere, Device Brewery on R Street is definitely worth checking out.

I'm glad I finally got to try this brewery. I decided to get a flight and really liked 4/5 beers. The bartenders were friendly and answered my questions/gave good reccs. They have an outdoor area with misters. We didn't stay for trivia, which they were setting up as we were leaving but thinking about coming back to give it a try! They don't serve full meals but you can have Shake Shack delivered and there's lots of cool spots nearby.

We hosted our son's 1st bday party at Device and we had a GREAT time! The owner, Ken, was super easy to work with and all of the staff there were amazing! Shane, Jason, Luke, Andrew, etc... All of them were friendly and helpful. The party space was perfect as we had a "football themed" party for our son's "1st Down". The room with equipped with TVs, shuffleboard, foosball and a ton of tables and chairs. They have a great outdoor patio with misters as well! They also have a good selection of beers on draft, canned options and light snacks. We catered from Mendocino Farms and Shake Shack, which was super convenient. They have a partnership with Shake Shack, so if you tell them you're at Device, they will walk it over to you!

I had their Integral Mosiac India Pale Ale and what a wonderful treat it was to drink. Not overbearing and just so damn delicious. 10/10 beer

I always wanted to try Device Brewing Company, I'm always at the Ice Block yet never had the opportunity to check this place out. My cousin was in town and it was a perfect opportunity to try device. When I came in I wasn't greeted, and I told the beertender it was my first time here, he wasn't really any help at all. Anyways me and my cousin both got a flight. Everything tasted really light, and even their most darkest beer. Unless you like light beers.I wouldn't recommend this place however the outdoor seating is really nice. I could see myself getting a burger from shake shack and getting a beer here.

Great spot to grab a drink on a hot Sacramento night. This place is a beer hall / garden - there isn't food, but they often have a food truck nearby, and you can actually have Shake Shack deliver to you here! The beers are solid - favorites include the Hop Creeper and Red Light Green Light (I think that's what it was called -- it's their hoppy red). Curious Haze, of course, too. They often have some interesting new brews on tap, and Monday nights are cheap growler fills.Cool neighborhood spot, and if they're too crowded (and you have cash), Frank is right across the way.Family friendly, too!

The brewery doesn't have food but you can order from next door - Shake Shack. They actually will deliver your food to the staff at Device and they will bring it to you. The service is quick and staff are very welcoming. There are plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy a cold beer. There's outdoor patio seating and indoor seating. They also have games to play as well. The environment is also welcoming towards fur friends, which is a plus! The beer selection is also vast. It's always nice to enjoy some local beers.

Service is friendly and I really like their Pincushion Lager. I have only been here for Trivia Night and it is a bit small but the ambiance is great so no problem. My son likes their Mexican beer equivalent but I don't remember the name of it. Definitely go taste the beers. Bartender Alex is friendly and great service and patient in recommending based on your tastes. Cheers!

Good place but I still like the vibe at their original location off of Power Inn Road. Beer was good and cold but it's in an awkward location with terrible parking choices. Shake Shack is right next door which is nice.

We finally went here and had the Rice Crispy Boi, Made in Sac and the Hops Revolt (8% IPA). It was good and fun. Rick was working and was great. We will be back.
