How do I say this....VERY BIASED AND SELECTIVE on type of event they will rent their facility for. If the rating had negative stars that's where my rating would fall. I was looking for a place to host my nephew's graduation "FAMILY" graduation party and was turned away. I had attended a very similar event months before and because I used the word "High School" they turned me away by saying the function had to do with under age people. They clearly assumed it was a party for under age kids, when it was really for our family and close friends. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

DO NOT LEASE HERE. Rents have doubled, triple net, and terms of 3-5 years. Deposit recovery require a law suit. In addition, units are dated and if you have any need to load a 53' trailer it will be tight. We understand they are losing majors tenants. Look for other sights in the area
