Delta Hand Pies

These are the best pies I have ever had!!!! I am vegan so I got the apple & pear pies. I got them and froze them for 3 weeks. Thawed them out in the fridge for 2 days, popped them in the toaster oven at 400 for 4 minutes, and they came out perfect!! Dough was nice and flaky, filling was warm and delicious, and they were just the right size for one serving. This was my 1st time ordering them. I will definitely be trying more flavors soon!! They delivered them on time and a great value for the quality of what I got. Amazing doesn't even begin to cover these pies. I should've taken pics but it smelled so good I just ate it while it was fresh out of the oven

I've tried nearly every hand pie on their menu for the past year, and while there are some that I like more than others, overall their pies are creative and delicious. Delivery only.

Ok I promised to update my review, Can you say addict, I am hooked on this place. I just placed my third order. Not only do they provide something that almost no one else has, they do an amazing job. I was having the savory pies for lunch almost every day. The Elote (Mexican street corn) is not to be missed, not to mention the beef chili with Chorizo and black beans.The sweet pies are a joy and a delight, Pear and Lemon, oh my god they are so good. This is a place not to be missed. I hope they don't get too busy to get my stuff out on time.

Very tasty pies!Got to try all four of their vegan offerings during the October Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge. They were all flakey and delicious!Fairytale Pumpkin - Sweet but not too sweet pumpkin pie.Hemly Fuji Apple - Sweet classic apple pie but in a portable portion size.Moroccan Pumpkin- Savory version with full of pumpkin and flavor.Ratatouille Pies - Lovely veggie pie with the right amount of flavor and spices.My favorites were the savory Moroccan Pumpkin and Ratatouille pies. Note the pies are as the name implies, hand sized. So make sure to order at least four for the discount (if available) and extra for snacking later.Currently they have mostly vegetarian options but looking forward to future vegan offerings.

Tasty hand pies with fresh ingredients! I've ordered from them a couple of times now. Great communication. Their selection changes depending on what is fresh and available. I love that they have Vegan options as well. They give you a time frame for delivery and they send you a message to confirmed they have delivered the items. It's best to put out a small cooler near your door if you are not going to be home so that they can put the hand pies in there (to avoid ants, insects, etc).

It's been about a year and a half since I first discovered Delta Hand Pies. I left a review back then but I just have to leave another. I have enjoyed every pie I've ordered - eureka lemon is my favorite when it's available. This week I got key lime, broccoli sharp cheddar and pink lady apple (all fantastic). I saw that you could reheat in an air fryer so thought I'd try with the broccoli sharp cheddar. Mind blown. I am not a fan of of vegetables but I love Delta's amazing crust so thought I'd give it a try. So delicious. Something about the air fryer made the crust even better (didn't think that was possible!). I'm so glad I ordered 2 of the broccoli pies and am trying my hardest to save the other one for tomorrow. If you're on the fence about trying them, leap over and order now! They even bring them to you with no delivery fee!

Love these little pasties/pies. The flavors have been great and delivery is free which makes it so easy!Super convenient to freeze and microwave any time. Pastry is also yummy.Lots of vegetarian options.I do wish they were a little bigger and with a bit more filling but will still continue to order!

Love all the hand pies and especially love that they are delivered to your door. My favorites are the apple; pear and pot pie hand pies.

Quit reading this review and go buy some hand, Pies!My friend and I had two of their turkey hand pies for Christmas Day, and we also ordered a vegan sweet potato, which was more like a sweet potato pie, which was not like a sweet potato pie, but rather like a side dish, you would have at Thanksgiving dinner. The crust was absolutely buttery and delicious. The filling was of turkey, meat, vegetables, gravy, and potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. My friend is quite the foodie and she absolutely loved them. I can't wait to try the Japanese flavor and the Mexican flavor. There were some other great flavors, but I just cannot remember what they are at the moment. I am going to order a few for my friends as a New Year's present. They do not have a store or a restaurant, but rather deliver everything. The delivery person was very charming and had a really great attitude. The company stays in contacts contact via email and I never had to wonder if they were ever going to get back to me. Please do yourself a favor and have one of these hand pies I was going to order, my pies from a well-known pasty place on J St., but I decided to give Delta Hand Pies a try. I was not disappointed and will not be disappointed either.

Very nice products tried 5 different pies and all were very delicious. Nice size and not too sweet. Very nice tasty crust. Great instructions how to store and heat. Delivery service was free and right on time. Will definitely order more pies and pass this business to others.
