Delicias Taco Truck

As a Taco connoisseur from the beautiful state of CA I can confidently say that these tacos are the crème de la crème. My friends and family from Mexico have given their stamp of approval, which is no easy feat. Nothing beats these tacos in the 916. I used to frequent another hole-in-the-wall on 47th and Franklin that topped these but they're no longer in the game. This truck, however, has been a staple in the community for as long as I can remember.As for taste: I had 8 tacos. Favorite in order. Let's not forget I rate them all 10/10.Al PastorAsada Cabeza Service: Good, what do you expect they're busy. They're not mean but they're also not Jamba so don't go looking for bright smiles. Sure it's nice but can't always be expected in my opinion.It's next to a gas station on the corner of 65th and Stockton. For those visiting let's just say it's not the nicest looking area however everyone minds their business if you mind your own as well. Enjoy this delicacy.

*NOTE: this is their second location on corner of 47th and Stockton blvd. Location is not really ideal.. but you can call and order ahead and pick up. Service is good. The ladies are always friendly and service is pretty quick. My daughter luv the 'lengua" taco in the picture. She said it's flavorful and well seasoned. Kept hearing the hype about this place so I decided to check it out.Food came fast which was great. Not much of a wait. I ordered one quesabirria just to try it out. Flavour was good but the tortilla fell apart easily. Wish it was crispier and wish it had less meat. Way too much meat imo.Had some chicken tacos. Meat was too dry. Not much flavour. Tripa tacos were also not crispy. Too chewy. I've had crispier ones before that weren't gummy and this was not it. Ordered a chicken burrito and it was the same as the tacos. Too dry.The salsas are way too runny. Used too much water and it removed the flavour of the salsas. In conclusion, do I recommend? No. Would I come back? No. Disappointed. 2 stars because the pricing is decent. Quality sucks.

On a hunt to find a solid taco truck that comes close to socal. They're located at the Shell parking lot at the corner of 65th & Stockton Blvd. We ordered carne asada, lengua pastor tacos and the carne asada burrito. This place is cash only! Our food came out pretty quick for a large order. It came with grilled jalepeños, onions, pico and salsa.I'd say the tacos were 6/10 because the meat was chopped pretty small like ground meat. There was some flavor but it would've been nice to have a better chop of the meats.The burrito was pretty solid. It comes with rice, beans, cheese and choice of meat. The tortilla was nicely toasted. Overall, not a bad option for burritos, but not a TJ taco feel that I'm looking for.

Tried to take back a burrito that was untouched, a torta that was un touched, left the food we had bit into out of it to get atleast some of our money back, they said they couldn't do it because the cashier would have to come out of pocket for it.

Service was quick and easy. Food was absolutely delicious. The burrito was big and the ingredients were tasty. We tried asada and carnita and a tripa taco. All were so good. Would def go back but cash only.

The service here is amazing. They are so kind and super fast! The asada burrito is perfection. The asada is flavorful and juicy! They always give us a cute little foil of cooked jalapeños and pearl onions too! I love it. This place is great all around.

Oof hands down the best tacos I've had from a taco truck! So glad my classmate and I found this place because 1. Their street tacos are freaken delicious. They fill the tacos with plenty of your choice of meat. They don't skimp you on it! And you get a grilled jalapeño, a grilled onion, radishes, and salsa. 2. The freaken prices! It is cash only but there's no tax! Shooooot, I can't complain about getting 3 tacos for $6 exact!The flavor on their meats are so flavorful. And the lengua and cabeza are so tender. I can't wait to go back to try all of it. They have 5 different dishes you can try. The lady there is super nice too. She told me they are there everyday from 10am-8pm. They are also very quick considering how many orders they get. It's right next to the shell gas station across from the $1 tree on Stockton Blvd.

Pretty good taco truck in south Sac with a strong follow that is open on Sundays. Carnitas are nice and crispy and tacos come with a grilled jalapeño, grilled onions, lime and radish. Sadly the salsa is not all that great.

I've always passed this taco truck on my way to some bahmi, I had to pull over this time because there was no line!!! I ordered 3 tacos, 2 de cabeza and 1 asada, along with a torta de asada. The Cabeza was on point, fatty but not to the point where the taco was all fat. If you have ever ate cabeza you already know how fatty it can be because it's the meat of the cheek. The asada was on point. The tortillas were cooked to perfection. A nice toasted tortilla but not too toasty where it cracked as you bent it. Held a good shape. The torta was delicious, just wish the salsa they served at least had a kick to it. It was really a mild salsa. It left me yearning for a kick. Will definitely come back. For 3 tacos and torta, it all came out to $16!!
