I've given El Valle Supermarket multiple chances, but every visit is a disappointment. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The cashiers are rude, unhelpful, and consistently do a poor job. Prices are constantly mislabeled, and the store refuses to honor the prices on the shelf. Every time I shop here, I get overcharged at checkout. When I try to address the issue, management is impossible to deal with--completely unprofessional and dismissive. It's a nightmare every time. If you value your time and money, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.

The store is very neat, clean and organized. The hot foods look delicious and will definitely try it soon. As for the customer service, the male cashier is always super friendly & helpful. I also love the attached sweets & treat parlor, definitely a treat

So I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday a week in advance. I asked for mil hojas cake with cool whip and strawberries in-between the layers. I also told them that I would pick it up at 11. My daughter birthday gets here and the cake wasn't made. They told me to come back an hour later. I show up and the cake is garbage. It's extremely dry and nothing is in between the layers. The handwriting is ugly and crooked. They threw a few strawberry on top but this is the worst cake ever. I will not be going back to this store.

The store is spotless and the staff is fast and polite. I think it looks so good because of the low traffic and it's location. I just hope it stays open for many years.

Terrible customer service from the ice cream parlor. The girls working there won't help you unless you're a man, then they'll jump all over you with joy. They're only friendly with men and will literally help them before you even if you were there first. Never going there again.

Don't go here if you want good customer service. The butchers don't help you. Just keep walking by with no one else waiting to be helped. The girl at the bakery is just interested in talking to her friend and the cashiers don't even say hello or thank you.

I went to the carnicería in the back yesterday and the young man that was "helping" us was so rude to my husband. He wanted him to be quick in his asking for his items and then when he asked for half a pound he smirked as if he was laughing at us. Makes me not want to go back.

I love this Mexican style market, I'm not Mexican and a language barrier sometimes happens but selection and service are very good. Great meat counter, fresh produce and excellent cooked food and baked goods. Never any panhandling or homeless allowed to hang around and bother customers. I have lived in this area for over 40 years and we need a store here. This is everything you want in a neighborhood store.

Prices to high they need to lower pricing over pricing for everything meats the most expensive bought 2 pounds $12 dollars a pound that's crazy
