This is a great place to go as a family or with friends. We went recently on a not too hot October Saturday and had a great time. Parking was packed but they had attendants managing flow so it was pretty smooth. The staff are all very nice and helpful. They had a large seating area and tables, many of which were shaded. My little one (2 yrs) loved the corn "sandbox", climbing the hay bale pyramid, the hay ride, and the pirate show and princesses. There are chickens, a pig race and baby goats. She also enjoyed the jumping thingy but my mommy risk assessment meter was off the hook red flags as it's not flat and there is no soft barrier--so kids can easily fall and roll off. And they don't have a section or better supervision on the older kids who like to roughhouse from flying into the toddlers (2-4 year olds). I saw many a near skull crashing and had a kid hit my bad knee pretty hard and I hobbled away with bruises on my shin too. I've been to jumps at festivals that are flat and won't catapult someone off 5 feet in the air if they are in the wrong spot. The apple cider donuts are delightful and I didn't have bbq but my friends said it was really good. The lines can get crazy and it was logistically difficult to get anything that wasn't cider or lemonade at any of the other stands. They may want to consider a beverage only stand for coffee and hot chocolate etc. that doesn't require standing in the food line for 20 mins. It is pricier in the weekend than during the week. And I would look online for package deals which can save you money. Definitely recommend buying tickets in advance and bring cash!

This is definitely not for kids on the spectrum ! We get there at 6:30pm and we find out it's cash or check only. What is this 1998!? Their atm was all the way in the back & charges you $4 to use it. We were told that our wrist bands covered EVERYTHING. So I spent $60 for the five wrist bands. Then I find out that the horse and pony's rides were not included with the wrist bands & that they were $15 to ride. I came with 3 children!!!!I'm annoyed at this point but I just continue on with our evening. Then my child got kicked twice in the face in their bounce area. None of the parents were watching their kids or maybe they just didn't care. But I know they all heard me yelling that they could've at least apologized. NOBODY GAVE A DAMNBy now I'm fuming! We go to ride the tractor at 6:50pm and after 10 mins of standing in line, we're told that the group in front of us will be the last to ride! I said I just spent $60 to get in here and you guys aren't even doing tractor rides anymore??? (They close at 9 btw.)So then we go look at the animals and the dang chickens are gone!! I wanted to scream... To seal the deal, My niece bought apple cider but when she took a sip it was nothing but apple juice. WORST experience ever!!!

This review is for the haunted corn maze only. We got the family VIP 4 pack. I'm glad we did because the line looked substantial when we arrived at 8:45 PM. There was plenty of parking near the entrance and it appeared that the carnival area had pretty much died out. There was barbecue that smelled amazing but we did not try it. There are treats available for purchase. With the VIP ticket we were able to go into a shorter more expedited line. We waited about 10 minutes max before we started our haunted corn maze tour.. I am a chicken when it comes to haunted houses and this was the perfect level of scary for me. I would say on the scale of one to 10 it's about a six. The guided tour through the maze took about 10 minutes. Our group had a great time!

We have been to several pumpkin patches in Sac co but I really enjoyed Dave's. I can't give it a 5 because the rode to the patch is rough driving, needs paving. But there is plenty of parking. Also, the hay ride isn't on hay, no biggie but one side is a ride of dirt, parked cars and old equipment and the other side is fields of corn and pumpkins. Maybe they could go both ways. They had a diversity of pumpkins and plenty, even this late in the season. The "cornival " has hay bales, pig races, farm animals and plenty of great picture spots. Food was a really long line but the BBQ smelled amazing! They also have a little artisan row. There is an upcharge for activites but they have a list of fun activities all season.

Another beautiful visit this year. Too bad the maze wasn't free this year but I came for the pumpkins. Hope they open the field of pumpkins on the vines again.

Family campout was great, but I wished we had earplugs. A whole group of kids aged toddler and up, running around screaming until 1am with no parents in sight. Next level neglect-maybe they were hoping to lose a few kids and then sue the pumpkin patch? Anyway, the people running everything were great. The mimosas were a nice touch!

Pumpkin patch on steroids. Lots to choose from and you can also hit the corn maze, hay ride, meet the pony's, enjoy food stands, and shop at the fresh produce market. Highly suggest the apple cider donuts - made super fresh and deliciously warm!

I can't believe how close this place is yet I've never been. I'm so glad we took a Friday afternoon to visit. Thinking it would be a slow time we ended up visiting during school field trip time. It was pretty busy but no problem at all we were here to have fun. Let's start with the service: I've read some reviews that have bashed this place for being coy or rude. I did not experience any of that. At entry the lady was very nice and took the time to explain what our entrance fee comes with as well and let us know exactly what would cost extra and wait times due to school field trips. She was very thorough and made sure we followed the hot spots on the map as a visual. We did the pillow bounce. The small hay maze, the pony ride ( cost extra) the people running the ponies are the best. Had great conversations about their ponies and what they do on their off times. the dried corn play, the goats, the pigs, the pyramid. The kids enjoyed this place it was plenty for them (they are younger 5yr &7yr) we opt out of the bigger maze and the ride to pick pumpkins and they still had a blast s what better way to finish it off with a fresh apple cider donut probably the best I've had. They do have food offerings that smelled pretty good but i was only here for the donuts lol. Weekends have more activities and an additional snack bar that are close during the week

Came here for some family fun today. It's been a few years since I've been here but everything is pretty much still the same. Here is my review. Our family came on Sunday morning (4 adults, 2 children. One of those children being 2 years old). We wanted the kids to be able to participate in the fun activities, so we got them wrist bands. Unfortunately, that means the adults need one too even though none of the activities (except the hayride) is something adults can really participate in. Each wrist band was $20 (except the two year old). In my opinion, that is really steep when the parents are just there watching and doing minimal participating because it isn't meant for adults. It's meant for kids. I think the parents should be $10 in my opinion. Moving forward: for that amount, there is a huge jumping pillow, a hayride, pig races (which wasn't happening when we visited), two Disney princess with photo opportunities and a show, a rope climb (just two ropes you can climb up on), goats (you can't feed), kids corn maze, corn seed pits, and a hay pyramid. There was a cool clown doing balloon animals for an additional fee and lots of yummy food and seating in their picnic area. $15 dollars for pony rides. The pumpkins are pre-picked. You won't be able to go to a pumpkin patch and pick your own. There's tons of portable bathrooms and they were amazingly nice and clean! The staff is super nice and helpful. With admission and the pumpkins and corn we purchased, and the two latex balloon animals, we spent about $160 dollars on 2 hours of family fun. Pretty steep to be honest. However; we understand that this money goes to supporting a locally owned and operated farm/business who really wants to make sure children have a good time around the pumpkin season. I still believe the wrist bands need to come down in price. Especially for adults who don't really get to do the same things the kids do and it doesn't seem fair to worse a parent to pay for an expensive wrist band for those reasons. So while I didn't mind this time, I couldn't come back a second time this season because it was pretty expensive. I wish they'd do a ticket system at least. Certain things cost certain tickets and you can pick and choose. Unfortunately, it does come off like a cash grab. It costs money to rent a wagon to get pumpkins but most of them are far from the cars. I would have gotten more pumpkins if I didn't have to carry all of them. Overall, we had a good time. The kids had a lot of fun and the weather was beautiful. It's a great pumpkin patch for kids 10 and under in my opinion. Very beautifully kept as well.
