Plus, the prices are resonable. I've been bringing my kids here for over three years, and we've always left happy with their haircuts.

I called in for my daughter, who has shoulder length virgin hair, to schedule a cut and perm. The lady in the phone was short with me and immediately said, "Yeah, I just don't have time to do that, you need to find some other place". I was shocked at the rudeness, but wanted to clarify. I said, "I'm not asking for an appointment today, I'm asking to schedule a future appointment when your books are open"She rudely replies, "Yeah no, I'm not going to do it".I've never had that level of awful customer service before, from a salon, in my life. Do not go here.

I ventured out to get a haircut today! I have been waiting for months for the salons to open and today was the day! I, of course, went to my usually spot, Cut and Perm in Rocklin. Cindy is the only person I trust to cut my hair. She is the sweetest lady with amazing skills. You can tell she cares about her customers as she always remembers my name and what we talk about. The minute you sit down in her chair, you feel at ease. She listens to what you want and makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. On top of the excellent customer service and great haircuts, the new regulations set in place at her shop ensures safety. The waiting area now follows physical distancing guidelines and allows customers to sign-in and wait in their car until they receive a text from Cindy when she is ready for them. I am so glad Cut and Perm is open again!

I always get my haircut here! Cindy does an amazing job giving me the perfect cut...I've tried different stylists for my hair, but I wasn't fully satisfied until I walked into Cut & Perm! Finally found a place that I can trust. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, as well as kid friendly!

First time here in May. Friendly and quick service. Took my child for a trim. Usual hairstylist was not in, but the person filling in that day did a fine job.

I walked in so excited from the reviews I read about Cindy and her salon. It was the strangest encounter I've ever had. I walked in and asked what she could do with my hair and how much it'd be and she gave me a price on a men's haircut and then when I said it was for my hair she pointed at her board for the prices and went back to doing her make up and looking at her tablet. I didn't see a price for women's hair on her board so I asked if she could cut my hair and she gave me about 4 excuses why she couldn't. There wasn't anyone in there, she was just really into her tablet and told me to let my shoulder length hair grow out before coming back to her.Newsflash: won't be coming back.

Cindy is fantastic at cutting my hair. I have very straight fine hair and I have had stylist's either struggle or do a shabby job. They always blame it on my hair since it shows every mistake..Guess what Cindy doesn't make mistakes when she cuts my hair. I highly recommend her.

Went in to find out about getting a perm, place was nice and clean and Cindy was about to do a perm for me. I love the way it turned out, alot of the time the stylist will ignore how I want it, but not Cindy, she listened, has a couple of ideas but did it how I wanted.She has a very friendly personality and can't wait til my next perm, diffently from her. I would highly recommend this place
