Holy smokes! This place is the best! We contacted Chris for an event we were hosting for 35. I was impressed with their menu options and flexibility. Chris was quick to respond to emails and extremely professional.The day of the event they arrived early and quickly set up. The food was INCREDIBLE! Everyone complimented every single dish we ordered. The star of the show was the brisket. However, the salad, smoked chicken, macaroni and cheese, corn bread and honey butter and whiskey beans were phenomenal. I will be contacting them again next time I need barbecue for an event.

Chris and Dottie are kind, prefessionaI and accommodating. You don't find people like this that often. Everyone at our daughter and son-in-laws wedding reception just raved about the food! We had Texas or Santa Maria style tri-tip, BBQ chicken thighs, Bacon jalapeño macaroni and cheese, Loaded mashed potatoes, Whiskey chipotle baked beans, Nothing fancy green salad, dinner rolls and butter it all was so amazing and delicious! I made the right choice when I hired them to cater our event. One of our son's lives in SF and they have gone to 12 wedding this year and they said the food was one of the most delicious dinners they have had at a wedding reception. If you're looking for someone to cater your event you won't be disappointed they go above and beyond and the food will be a huge hit for your event. I ordered enough food for 100 guest and they delivered in making our daughters Wedding reception so special! If ever any of my friends or family need a caterer I will for sure refer you!

Chris and Dottie were so wonderful to work with! I contacted them a few weeks ago to cater a gathering and they were very responsive! They gave me several options and were very helpful in deciding what to order for our party size and tastes. They arrived early, came very prepared and organized and set up all of the food for me. We ordered the tri-tip, BBQ chicken, mash/gravy, chipotle baked beans and salad. They even provided homemade dressings, BBQ sauce and all of the napkins, serve ware and plates. All for a very reasonable price too! All of the food was delicious and our guests were very happy! I would highly recommend!

My wife and I hired Chris to cater our wedding, less than two months out and he knocked it out of the park! The food was AMAZING! All of our guests raved about it, many of then said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! We ordered TriTip, BBQ Chicken thighs, bacon mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, a garden salad and dinner rolls. Chris and his wife are great and easy to work with, and their food is absolutely amazing! I can not recommend them enough! I will definitely be having Chris cater my 30th birthday.

We were arranging a rehearsal dinner in the Lincoln area from out of state and came across C's BBQ reviews. We liked the reviews and the variety of menu choices so much that we scheduled without knowing anyone personally that had tasted the food. He was easy to work with about set up, selection and price. Contacted me several times about choices and head counts. When he and Dottie arrived, some of the guests had not arrived yet. So they kept the food in their warmer in the van and waited until we were ready. Greatly appreciated their patience and then quick set up. The food was fantastic! Pulled pork sandwiches, smoked tri tip, salad, whiskey baked beans, and bacon Mac n cheese; everything was incredible. All positive feedback from our 40 guests. C's did an AMAZING job catering our wedding. Everyone complimented the food at our wedding as well as how great the service was. We absolutely loved the mashed potatoes and gravy, everything was delish! The entire process was amazing, fast responses and clear communication.

Best BBQ out there! The sides are amazing as well. The customer service is always above and beyond. You won't be disappointed.

We had C's BBQ cater our wedding this past weekend and WOW! The food was absolutely amazing, the service was amazing, and it was just an all around great experience! They are the nicest and easiest people to work with, and really do make some super yummy BBQ food! All of our guests loved the food as well! Would highly recommend using them for your next event!

All I can say is WOW, this is a 10 star place! They just catered by daughter's wedding for 140 people and the food was absolutely fabulous! The owners Chris and Dottie was professional and accommodating to say the least! I had a special recipe in mind that my daughter loved and they made it perfectly!!! They were on time, courteous and fun!! The meat was cooked perfectly (chicken thigh and tri tip), mac/cheese was awesome, garlic mash/gravy were a big hit. Perfect comfort food for a perfect day!!! Thank you guys; we will use you again for sure!!!
