Crumbl - Elk Grove

Awesome best cookie place in town.A bit pricey but they're huge. Been having more flavor options lately too than before.

Great cookies! And for the price you would think the customer service would be just as great. Nope! Preorder 6 cookies for the small fee of $30 and went toPickup. A line of 12 and sir says " we will have that out for you as soon as possible"No urgency, and no common sense.

Cookies are really huge and sweet. Definitely cannot eat one by yourself in one sitting.. Cookies are soft inside and hard outside. The banana pudding is delicious and had fresh bananas in it. The service could be better they left a ton of frosting on the bottom of the box and it made a mess on my shirt and trunk.

We love sweets, but oh boy, these are sweet to a whole new extreme. We came here for a few months and then realized we can only enjoy the basic chocolate chip cookies, and we need to share. Or save the other half for later. They're good, but very rich, and sweet. What I like the most is the softness, and thickness. I'm not a fan of flat crunchy cookies.

I ordered four milk chocolate cookies, and they were really good, though a bit too sweet for me. The service was okay, and the ambiance was great--clean and spacious inside.

The perfect late night sweet treat. I've been to Crumbl Cookies plenty of times the past few years and it never fails to satisfy my sweetness cravings. Most of time I come to crumbl they always have very fast service despite how busy they get. The store is very pink and bright and smells amazing inside. This week I tried the Olivia Rodrigo cookie and it tasted delicious. Crumbl flavors never disappoint.

I've gone to this location a few times and haven't had issues so far compared to other locations I've gone to. Orders have been correct, no long wait time, no customer service issues. I normally order on the app through my phone and go into the store and pick up. As with all crumbl locations, it's a small interior with no seating. More of a grab and go place. I've enjoyed more of their cake and pie creations they make. They do charge more for the cakes. I like that their app allows you to mark which cookie/pie/cake you want notifications for when the cookie is in the weekly line up again. There are parking spaces but this is a busy plaza since there's Costco and Starbucks. They close at 10pm, so going later in the evening will help in terms of parking lot traffic.

The problem isn't the cookies, it's the customer service. We are regulars who stop in about once a week now. We stepped it up because we love their cookies including the Banana Split! Yum. However, every time we ask for a plastic spoon. Or fork for their cake and pie -like cookies, they never have any for us. This is annoying. The touch screen where you order is actually dirty first thing in the morning and needs to be wiped down. The young lady working there is consistently unfriendly and ignores questions when asked. These are issues, they need to address. These cookies are a nice little extra, but when you are treated poorly, you may decide to go get a tasty dessert somewhere else.

I was looking to bring a treat to my friends birthday and decided on Crumbl. I have never been to a storefront before so the decor inside was very clean and minimal, with color scheme of black, white, and pink. The are different options to choose from and I decided to do a box of 6 cookies and pick the flavors of the day, which include lucky charms and mint chocolate chip. The service was very quick and easy. There was a cashier but they also had an iPad to order. Our cashier was very nice and we receive our order very quick. I'm not a huge cookie fan but the store made getting cookies a lot more fun. It would be nice if they offered to cut it for us since we were planning to share the cookies.

Usually pretty decent when it comes to the crumbl franchise. Sometimes we have an unfortunate experience due to young teens working there but still pretty good if you like the cookies.
