Great service, very welcoming... I ordered the veggie omelet with bacon added and hashbrowns. My mom and bro split a Philly cheesesteak with fries. All pretty good!They also had cholula and their bathroom is nice too!

Such a hidden gem and with the limited options in the area, you can't go wrong making a stop at Cozy Oaks! On our way back from Tahoe in the storm, a coffee break sounded like a good idea and Cozy Oaks fit the bill. Parking lot of huge and easy to find via GPS. This is a great locals place, but the staff was super friendly to us! The menu was simple yet hearty. Think classic breakfast cabin and you got that! It was super cute because they were also setting up for a paint and sip night the morning we were there (so it sounds like they do more than just breakfast, brunch, and lunch!) Black coffee was solid and pipping hot. My cup was refilled always. I opted for the avocado toast and they were generous with the potions and the toasted was perfectly toasted. I have a weird thing about toast - so it was just right! You can't go wrong making a stop here and supporting a small local business.

Worth the $$.I love this place. The staff is friendly and has that mom and pop homey vibe.Food was great. Large portions. I like that it doesn't feel too heavy or greasy. They use avacado oil to cook with instead of some of nastier unhealthy oils. I tried their Gluten free cocoa pancakes and they were amazing! I would come back just forThose!

Have lived right down the street from this place and finally had time to try it today and I have to say it was amazing great service food was delicious I will most likely be here every Sunday morning

The corn beef hash and eggs are unbeatable! Service was excellent and restaurant was clean. Went to three restaurants in this county, and this was by far the best!

We used to frequent this place under the previous owner but stopped going due to poor service. The new owners are an absolute delight. It is with great pleasure that I give them two thumbs up and five stars for service, attitude, and food The prices were very reasonable and it has the small town vibe that we all love up here.

Had breakfast/brunch this morning. Lovely "cozy" warm atmosphere. Great friendly waitress. The food was perfect! We all had the half breakfasts. I had the bacon and egg with cottage fries- peppers and onions. Perfectly cooked. Great value and great food. My husband had the 1/2 buscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage. And two hot chocolates with whipped cream and steamy! My friend had sausage and egg on the half breakfast which was great too! So all three less than $50 ( keep in mind my hubby had two hot chocolates). We will go again. Great value. Great food in a great atmosphere. Lovely experience.
