Cozido Cookies

I found Cozido on Instagram and I'm all about trying all of the cookies in town!! I loved her flavor options, unique combos like black sesame marshmallow or ube pandan! I ordered via website and the invoice was generated and emailed over to me. Pickup is in West Sacramento but she was so nice to offer delivery since she was already going to be in my area! I loved all the flavors but my favorites out of all of them were the banana pudding and the kitchen cleanout! I liked the flavor of the black sesame marshmallow as well, but the black sesame makes it a bit more crumbly than the others. The middle is so chewy from the marshmallow though and it was my favorite bite! The pistachio cookie is also loaded with chocolate chips and pistachios! These are some thick hefty cookies but they're still super moist and chewy inside. I was worried about storing them in the fridge but they actually tasted just as fresh once I took them out to bring to room temp! I hope others will support Cozido as she enters her journey in the cookie business! She is currently revamping the website and I can't wait to see how she grows her business in the months to come.

These cookies are fat! The flavors are unique and adventurous. I didn't think I would be able to finish one but I had to stop myself from eating all 6 in one sitting. 10/10 can't wait to try the cheesecake!
