Great food truck to try out with a beer at Jackrabbit brewery in West Sacramento. The staff is friendly and the wait isn't too bad. We tried the breakfast quesadilla and it had a lot of flavor. The churros are pretty good too if your looking for something sweet. I will definitely try more of their menu next time.

Sooooo we stopped for a drink and a bite to eat after a long drive. Cute little spot, how could we go wrong? Well I'll tell you. We ordered food with NO ONION. Asked for no pico de gallo and no onion jalapeños. I reiterated it with the dude taking the order. He said got it, I'll bring you your food. Went to take a seat and wait, a short wait time of 8-10 minutes. However our food came with pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, cilantro) and onion jalapeños...I said aloud that we ordered without both of those things and the dude just looked at me and turned away. $12 nachos i can't eat. Thanks dude. Your attitude and lack of give a shit will keep me from returning. I guess I'll go find a venue that values their patrons.

I never understood "chicken & waffles," but when I finally gave it a try, it was a brunch game changer! Cowtown is perfectly located next to Jackrabbit Brewery in West Sac, and has become one of my go-to spots for weekend brunch... and specifically for their chicken and waffles which are to die for. Perfectly sweet, savoury, and salty, they've really nailed their recipe! I would write more, but I'm headed off to go get my Sunday brunch on now!

Delicious fish and chips! Hearty helping! Perfectly crispy, buttery, and a tartar with a kick! Hit the spot today and will definitely order again. Thanks Cowtown for being conveniently three steps away from Jackrabbit tonight :)

Minus one star for the oily, brown potato chips and minus two for the employee who dropped our 3 Jump bikes in a tangled heap because they were "in the way" when he brought the truck for the trailer. It would have been easy to lean them on their kickstands. We were more than annoyed.

I've had the fish tacos twice and the fish and chips. Both were SO GOOD. The tacos are perfectly balanced with crisp fried fish and bright, fresh pico. I love that they bring your food into you and they are always so friendly. I go to Jack Rabbit more than any other brewery because of this food truck.
