Weve been without a kitchen for 6 months - and counting - and have been buying our smoothies (breakfast or lunch) and absolutely love them. Hayden makes customers feel like you're at "Cheers" (TV sitcom of years past). If ever having a bad day and need a "pick-me-up" this is the place to go.

Great and charismatic owner. Wanted to find an alternative post workout smoothie to consume after a gym session in the morning. I wanted a more focus on a more nutritional content carefully, aiming for items high in protein and fiber, low in sugar, and not excessively high in calories. Owner was very knowledgeable and just had a good positive energy in the morning which is good after you get beat down and tired from the gym. I enjoyed the Hulk, but there are numerous choices of smoothies, and tea options. I would recommend giving this place a try. I've had couple drinks whipped up off menu and the creativity is great.

My favorite spot in Elk Grove to get protein shakes!!! I have been coming here since I was in high school but went away for college and this was my first stop when I came back home. I always come here before or after my workout or even when I start my day. Hayden is the best worker and always welcomes me when I come in. They treat all their customers the best and really get to know everyone who walks in the door. My ALL time favorite protein shake is the Banana Nut Bread. Highly recommend coming here !

Where do I start?? I've been a customer of Core since their opening in 2013. 10 years later I'm still a frequent customer!! You can't beat their warm and inviting environment every time you walk through the door. If you're looking for nutritious beverages and radiant smiles then this place is a must visit! Get the HULK shake. It is a must try. After a quick trip here, you'll feel like you're able to accomplish all your goals.
