Absolutely love this place. We had just driven 3 hours here and were so hungry. HIT THE SPOTDefinitely try the Tom yum soup if you like a spicy and flavorful broth full of good protein and veggies. And you really can't go wrong with the pho. Amazing service as well. And the music is so vibey

I like this place but 5 stars? I think it's a little pricey for Colfax. We ate a lot of food, two entrees and two appetizers plus my wife ordered a Corona. Total came to $58 before tip. We spent $70 after leaving a $12 gratuity.So basically $35 per person for very good Vietnamese food but if we want to pay Bay Area prices we will go to San Francisco instead.Table was somewhat sticky, I think they need to use a stronger cleaning solution to make the tables cleaner. Even better would be to use tablecloths--- at these prices you should not have to deal with sticky tables!So my review says "5 stars for the food" but subtract one star for the high cost. And please skip the crispy egg rolls --- $7 for 3 tiny egg rolls that are not that great.

Such a great addition to our little town!The food is tasty, clean eating and abundant. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I've eaten there 3 times now, very consistent and I love that!! Keep up the good work, we needed this!

The food is super good and very clean. The veggies were crisp and all had very good flavor. The service is quick and friendly. The inside is clean and simply cute. Stopped in from our trek from Reno to Santa Rosa and I am glad we did. Reasonably priced. Really enjoyed our meal. Thank you.

Found this spot off the freeway heading to Windsor California in a small town of Colfax California. Just over a year ago it was a Mexican resturaunt. Not sure what happen there but replaced with a quaint little bistro with some really yummy food. The Vietnamese ice coffee definitely woke me up! Very strong, slightly sweet and lots of caffeine. Service was actually really quick. Been craving a good soup and this chicken wonton hit the spot.

Everything was even better than expected! The service was great and the food was tasty even after the 45 min drive home. The wings were so good! Glad we got the sauce on the side, so they stayed crispy, and the sauces were so tasty. We also enjoyed looking at the local artwork on the walls while we were waiting for the food. Such a cool idea! We will definitely stop by again and maybe even have to take a trip to check out the quaint town of Colfax and eat there at the restaurant. The soups and stews looked so good!

We've been to Colfax Bistro several times and love this place! We've been very pleased with the food and service every time we go. The Curry chicken and Curry Prawns are to die for, the best I've ever had. My husband likes the Beef Stew and Spicy Tom Yum soup with shrimp. Amazing food and service is great, the people that run the restaurant are so nice. We highly recommend you try it out!

So great to have an Asian fusion restaurant in Colfax. Everything we've tried so far is great.

Shrimp noodle soup was so flavorful! Also some of the best yellow curry I've had in a while, so creamy and rich. Great service and cozy ambience with all the fun paintings. What a gem in Colfax!

Wow. Don't know anything about the restaurant outside or interior ambiance as friends did a to go order. It was an order for five. I personally had the vermicelli noodles with chicken. The servicing size was plenty for two. The chicken was very tasty and the fresh veggies with the noodles was great. Since this was my first order here, I ate the dish as is but probably next time I'll add a little spice. Really want to try something else when I'm in the area.
