I can't rave more about this cute business and the Owners. We have now came in multiple times to get some great sweet treats and every items you can tell was made with love. I would say the cinnamon roll has been my all time favorite so far. First off, they are huge and the best part is they warm it up and then put the frosting on for you so you can take it home. They have an assortment of items that they sell so you can always find something different once you walk in.The couple that works their are such nice people and are always so extremely help full with any questions we have and we always have great conversation with them and our friends. I will always recommend this bakery and hope great success for this small business!

I am excited that Coko Bakery is here, I now have place in town for when I am needing my concha fix! I haven't tried the cakes yet but they look amazing, and I'll definitely be ordering the empanadas on my next visit. They are only a month new so be sure to get in there before this place gets crazy, which I'm sure it will. Rosa, the owner, is very kind and welcoming. Can't wait to go back soon!

My wife dropped in for the first time to pick up some desserts for a neighborhood dinner and we were absolutely blown away at the quality and level of service. The assortment of conchas, flan, tres leches and more was fantastic and tasted great. Looking forward to visiting again and trying different things. The cakes looked incredible, and I think most options were available by the slice as well. Absolutely recommend this spot!

Giving it a four star because it just opened for business and still expanding its bakery inventory and gauging any in-store changes to accommodate future flow of customers - which makes prudent thinking. However, it deserves to patronize it now as, let's face facts, dedicated and more specialized bakeries are non-existent west side of Roseville near or around Foothills Blvd and farther westward. Besides the mostly Filipino bakery not far from this new one, now we have an authentic Mexican bakery which is a few doors away from Bel Air's supermarket. I have tried their pastries twice which is why I recommend anyone who likes Mexican pastry to try this one.
