Coffee Republic

Randomly saw this place when we picked a spot to eat lunch next door before driving again. They had outdoor seating and some seating indoors. Lots of plants and foliage giving it a more tranquil vibe. Staff was friendly and efficient. We ordered a latte and cold brew, both were really delicious! The ambiance was super cute and the food looked great, I plan to try it next time I'm in Folsom but I definitely recommend the coffee!

The current owners/managers are amazing! I've been going to CR off and on since I moved to Folsom 9 years ago. Since the new ownership I find myself visiting there so much more often. The food, the coffee, the ambience its all really good and cozy. It's open later than it used to be. They have fun events like Trivia night, live music and so much more! Support local businesses as much as you can Folsom!

This place is an Amazing Restaurant! The Owner Ken is a hands on guy, friendly & approachable. His staff are All top notch. The coffee is unusually good & the food doesn't get any better. On top of All that Ken hosts live music...Mellow and relaxing with outdoor seating both in the sun & shade. Check this place out soon!!

Absolutely AMAZING baristas here!!! They took such GREAT care of my friends and I as we were visiting from Nashville to see our brother who's terminally ill. They made us feel HELLA LOVED and hand crafted some HELLA YUMMY pistachio lattes! They also had a super fun open mic while we were there (Tuesday evening). Can't wait to come back to Coffee Republic and enjoy more chill time there.

Wow, I've been coming here for years each time I visit my childhood friend and his wife (Dave and Jan). As usual Coffee Republic exceeded my expectations. Food ingredients are super fresh. Coffee baristas stay busy. They have a deep breakfast and lunch menu for a coffee house. (I come for the food). We had a long night last night at the local rotary crab feed. Our group needs a "pick-me-up" and some great comfort food. I went for the egg, sausage, cheddar breakfast sando on cheddar jalapeño bagel. Wowzer! They even made some scrambled eggs with cheese for my dog (Thor). Not sure what the deal is with previous ratings. Not accurate. Not appropriate. THIS IS A FIVE STAR COFFEE HOUSE, that also serves some of the best breakfast and lunch comfort food in town. Enjoy!

Surprisingly great breakfast sandwiches, far better than I imagined for a coffee shop! They even have gluten free bread which makes this place even better. Fast and accommodating service. Husband loved his breakfast burrito but reported the Cajun potatoes were a little strong. My to-go latte was huuuge. Way too big for me, but tasted good.

Under new ownership as of February 2023! The new owners are seriously the friendliest people! They shared that they are trying to foster a sense of family and want every customer to feel at home from the moment you walk in. The warm atmosphere, rustic decor, and old charm makes for the perfect setting for everything from morning coffee runs, to reading/working, to catching up with old friends or even just relaxing solo and enjoying the cozy vibes. The food is amazing! The bagels, sandwiches, and pastries are all on point! Then there's the star of the show- "Amy's cookies", a heartwarming tribute to a dear friend of the owners, dearly missed but always remembered in the Folsom community The whole vibe is super cute, and the staff? Lovely folks who make you feel like a regular, even if it's your first time. This spot is a gem.

I've been coming here since I was in college to just do some work, grab a drink with friends, or simply get a bag of beans for home. I enjoy the ambiance here, it is a relaxed place and I especially love coming here and sit outside during spring and fall season. I recently picked up a bag of beans here and felt welcomed by the staff. If you're looking for a laid back place to grab coffee, this is your place.

The food and drinks are terrific and super delicious! The place has such a cool, inviting vibe and there are always friendly staff people when I go. We went there on a Friday date night recently and there was an amazing blues & jazz musician playing, too! AND the coffee is ORGANIC & roasted locally!!

Always consistent, great tasting, good verity, fast service. Been coming to CR for many years.
