If I could give 0 I would, first respond to Sam if available and pricing, I am quoted 1,200 for room rental, tables, chairs. I set up appointment and tell Olga I would like to reserve. Olga says ohhh I quoted the wrong price but I will have to honor the price I quoted you. Then says I need to talk to Sam, Sam comes out I can't rent it for that I show him that he himself quoted $1,200, I'm sorry normally it's $7,000 but for you I could do $5,000, what??? Worst bait and switch I have ever seen. Dishonest company, renter beware!

I worked closely with Sam and Olga to plan for my event. At the time of this review, included with the price: hall space for 200, bridal suite, table linen, runners, centerpieces (with setup), draping, up-lights, server, bartender. The service and dedication of the team was 10/10. These guys were there to hear my detailed needs. The value for price is amazing, if you can afford- BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE! The facility details of the space are a plus- draped entryway, tall glass wall setting area (I used as a Photo Booth), beautiful mirrored walls, tiled dance floor, neutral colored bar area. Overall, I am completely satisfied I had my event here. Everything was amazing!

Sam the owner was nice at first, but he doesn't keep his word. We had to change so many things a couple weeks before our event. And during our event, he showed customers the venue while we were there getting ready, he was caught going upstairs where our stuff was, taking our things. He was also caught eating and taking food that wasn't his, that was for our event. Drinking our drinks. He made my family and guest so uncomfortable! I would NEVER recommend this place at all. The worst to work with.

Paul and Olga is amazing!!! Literally the best experience I've ever had in renting a venue! The venue was so beautiful and was perfect for my event. I would HIGHLY recommend. The professionalism is unmatched

I contact Sam and Paul about 4 months prior the date I needed after a very bad experience with another banquet hall. Everything was so smooth and stress free. I forgot the name of the lady that helped us with set up, but everyone was so attentive. The space is beautiful, newer than most spaces o visited before. Everything that was promised was delivered and thanks to them my daughters 15th will be a night to remember. Thank you so much
