The guy working behind the counter looked high and just gross, terrible hygiene. I only wanted to get cash back so I was going to buy a $1 lotto ticket and he was going to charge me $0.75 to use my debit card then an additional $1 to get cash back. Are you kidding me?! I took my card back and left.
