Cichy Co. catered to my office for lunch 10/4/23. Our catering menu had:Sandwiches:TRI TIP - roasted red bell peppers, provolone, caramelized onions, spicy aioliGRILLED CHICKEN - lettuce, tomato, red onion, provolone, avocado, Mediterranean lemon aioliCHEESEBURGER - cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, picklesFrench Fries:REGULAR - crispy, lightly saltedGARLIC - crispy, hot garlic, parmesan cheese, parsleyBLEU - crispy, bleu cheese crumbles and dressing, Mongolian fire oil, parsleySides:CHICKEN SALAD - romaine, chicken, tomato, red onion, avocado, croutons, balsamicGREEN BEANS - roasted garlic, parmesan cheeseDessert:Rice Krispie TreatsBrowniesReese's chip cookiesMini pecan pies (tartlets, 2 per order)I personally went with the cheeseburger (no onions, dunno if I could've asked for caramelized), the bleu cheese fries, and a cookie for dessert. The cheeseburger was not bad, a decent patty size/thickness, a solid choice. The bleu fries remind me of Jack's Urban Eats' "Urban Fries" which have spicy chili oil, blue cheese, and red pepper flakes. These were very good! The cookie had chocolate chips and Reese's peanut butter chips. My teammates tried the other menu items including the grilled chicken sandwich, tri tip, chicken salad, green beans, garlic fries, and various desserts. Compared to previous iterations of their menu, we didn't have the option for the pulled pork sandwich, truffle fries, or grilled artichoke sides. For vegetarians, their only options were the salad without chicken, green beans, and regular fries.

This unassuming green colored food truck serves up a mean chicken sandwich. Delicious. It was grilled with melted Swiss cheese and a lemon aioli sauce. The chicken was served in slices, which was no big deal and no complaints from me. For some reason, I imagined the sandwich with a whole chicken breast. But serving it in slices does help to check no undercooked chicken leave the kitchen. Also it is easier to handle and eat. Now let me tell you about the sauce...wow. It gave the chicken an added flavor dimension. Yum. The sandwich was priced at $9. I also ordered a side of fries. $4. The fries were seasoned with csalt. I can taste the salt but it wasn't salty. I found it to be just the right amount. The serving size of the sandwich and fries were hefty. The pricing may seem high, but hey it is the going rate.

Pros: I like to start out with positives because my experience was not bad. Food came out fast, Staff was friendly, hooked me up with extra mongolian fire oil and aiolo sauce no extra charge which I appreciate little things like that. Cons: I went on lunch to Food Truck meet up near McClellan. I ordered the BLAT & Blue Cheese Fries - The food was good but a little underwhelming as far as portions and overall quality of sandwich. I would say the bacon was very good and though my coworker really did not like the bread on his I liked it. I like a crunchy toasted sammy. For $17+tip = 19.55 or so I was immediately regretting my purchase when i received my food. For a $10 BLAT i was expecting a couple slices of avocado, nice thick farm fresh tomato and lettuce, and bacon. Bacon was there but everything else was... there but not what i was expecting from a Farm to Fork BLAT sandwich. It was a good sandwich though and the bacon was REALLY good. Just wish the rest of veggies were on the same level. The Fries were also Really good but the small boat they were served in was just underwelming. In the end i Spent $20 on a decent meal just felt like it could have been more. See pics $10 BLAT (Bacon Lettuce Avocado Tomato) - Where's the Avocado, Tomato and Lettuce?

First time trying this food truck. Where have you been all my life? Out of Tri-tip? No worries I will have the grilled chicken sando. Good call! I paired this awesome sandwich with the OMG blue cheese fries. Major props to the sandwich artisan, however, WOW to the fry guy. Those are amazing!!! On a bender from eating healthy this little treat is so bomb. It has copious amounts of crumbled blue cheese. What separates this from an ordinary fry dish is the spice! Super delish! Berryessa Brewing Separation IPA compliments nicely. 5 stars !!!!

Food trucks come to my work every Thursday or so, so I decided to try this place!Food: My co-workers and I had the pulled pork sandwich and garlic fries. First off, the aioli sauce is AMAZING! :) Amazing on both the burger and fries. The pulled pork was not too chewy, very moist, and had great seasoning. Not too salty. The garlic fries, however, were extremely salty. The aioli helped with the salty taste. Overall, would order again. I would love to try more from their menu.

I attended the International iFestival a few weeks ago on work purposes, and after looking at the amazing selection of food at the various food trucks. I decided to go with Cichy Co. for my dinner needs, the smells coming from their truck were amazing so I had to check it out for myself. After looking or the menu selection posted on the outside of the food truck, I decided to go with the Tri Tip sandwich with a side of Cichy Co.'s Garlic Parmesan Fries. The trip tip sandwich comes with Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Caramelized Onions, Provolone cheese, and smoked Paprika Saffron Aioli. And the Garlic Parmesan fries are adorned with Parmesan flakes, minced Garlic and Parsley...both were amazing, but that tri tip sandwich though...wow!A guy deciding on what to order, ordered it as well solely because he saw that I had and caught a glimpse while they were preparing mine. I'm sure he wasn't disappointed as well!

After less than one hour at the Antelope event they had run out of most things. I decided to stand in the line and try the artichoke anyway. I reached the register after a long wait, I was told the had now run out of artichokes. Stop inviting them to event and wasting people's time. They seem to always be unprepared.

I was not initially attracted to the boring pale orange Cichy Co. Truck design but the food smelled good so I gave them a try. They have a simple menu with Pulled Pork, TriTip, Burgers, and several types of French Fries just to name a few. They do accept credit but I suggest brining cash. I didn't receive a credit card receipt which made me feel uneasy. Fortunately my suspicion was eased when I saw that they've already received 4 stars to date on Yelp so Cichy was hopefully charging me the correct amount. Caution, their prices are higher by about $1.I enjoyed my Pulled Pork to the last bite. The bread tasted like it was just baked and the inside was grilled to perfection. The pulled pork was infused with spices and recently cooked. I did not have to discreetly spit up any fat or bones. The meat was all smooth. I received a hand full of onion strings within the sandwich which extremely complimented the pulled pork. Along with the truck design, the small looking sandwich exceeded my expectation to fulfill my hunger. I am glad that they are part of the downtown Sac food truck scene.

Food is subpar. Slow service. The register takes a bunch of orders and the cooking staff gets bogged down. Burger was well done. Bun tasted stale. Asked for no onions, still got onions...*Normally food trucks who visit breweries in Sacramento come prepared with enough food for an event (3 hours). I believe the Brewery knows or can gauge the crowd sizes based on who's playing. When Polyrhythmics played at Berryessa Brewing Co., Cichy Co was not prepared for the large crowd and sold out of nearly everything by the 1st set was over. **Maybe have someone drive down to Nugget/Safeway to pick up more ground beef, chicken and/or bacon if you run out of multiple menu items so quickly...
