Cutest gelato place I've ever been to! We were looking for a nice late night, treat and stumbled upon this place based on its yelp reviews and Google reviews. It did not disappoint! Cia Di Gelateria prides itself in authentic gelato. Not only do they have posters explaining the process on how to make and maintain the gelato, but the staff are very knowledgeable in the process as well!Definitely go in and ask for the staff recommendations and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The inside of the café looks like a cute French market! Highly recommend and if I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely go back!

If you're looking for a sweet treat, this is the spot!Walking in, you 'll notice the very cute ambience. They have a variety of flavors that change occasionally. The service here is always great and the gelato is perfectly decadent. There's a bathroom located at the end of the hall if needed. Located in a larger complex, parking is easy to find. I'm so happy to hear that they also cater! If you have a special occasion, this would be a great addition to it!

Very nice ambiance! The employee serving us behind the counter was very attentive and helped with samples. I decided to try the Ube Sticky Rice and Straciatella flavors of gelato which were both good, but I feel the Ube flavor was a bit lighter than I prefer in the gelato.They also have premade popsicles which I didn't get to try but they are super adorable, I will have to try next time!

They got the pozettis so you know they ain't messing around.Geletarias are few and far between in Sac relative to the amount of ice cream places but it's always good to switch things up and if you're thinking about gelato, you cannot go wrong with Cia di Gelateria. I've gone here a handful of times and each time I'm always impressed by the consistent quality of their gelato as well as the generous portions. Sometimes generous portions can be a sign that they're skimping on the quality, but I don't get that feeling from here. They always knock it out of the park with their flavors like cappuccino, pistaccio, and my personal favorite - sticky rice. Pro tip: combine that with the mango sorbet and consider yourself transported to a Thai restaurant. The interior is always clean and they have nice cushiony benches that are perfect for sitting with family and friends.All in all, I have no complaints about Cia di Gelateria. They have exemplary gelato and portions with a clean and inviting interior and did I mention their medium comes with 3 scoops/flavors for only $6.50? Everyone else better be taking notes.Anyways, if you find yourself looking for dessert in Folsom, it's gotta be Cia di Gelateria.

I love a family owned small business and I believe this is one. Fresh and creamy with plenty options! The flavors are simple and delicious. I feel like it's fairly priced considering the location and being a smaller business. The service was great and the lady at the front desk t was very kind. Will be back when the weather gets warmer!

In a nutshell; great place to have some dessert once you've explored folsom or the plaza Not a lot of indoor seating to note but the desserts here taste pretty good. Their gelato bars really compliment a hefty meal that you're trying to top of with some dessert. Parking is easy. There's other establishments around you can explore while having a gelato dessert in hand. Overall neat place to try some gelato.

Omggg, I can't say how good this gelato place is. Their gelato tastes like authentic Italian gelato. I definitely recommend to visit this place and Tessa is amazing and she is super hospitable. I love this place and I will definitely comeback.

EASY 5 STAR! This place is amazing. Such a great vibe with an awesome owner. She patiently gave us lots of sample so we can choose. I love this place. I recommend it a lot.

Found this place after eating dinner near by. Initially came in hoping to get an affogato, but sadly they do not have decaf. So I went for the next best thing--their gelato. Plenty of options to choose from. I was torn on what to pick since they have ice cream bars on a stick or the option to get their gelato. I ordered their chocolate hazelnut gelato. I was shocked on the amount they provide. It was to full! My tummy was definitely happy. Quick service, delicious flavor. We'll definitely be back.

Nice gelato shop in a commercial center with easy parking, lots of outdoor patio and indoor seating, good selection of flavors! Went in the evening on a Friday night and there were lots of people in line and enjoying the sweet treats inside and outside on the patio. Most of the neighboring shops are closed in the evening so there were lots of tables and benches available. We shared a medium cup with half salted caramel and half pistachio. Delicious!
