Chipotle Mexican Grill

Stopped by this Chipotle since I was already in the plaza. First thing I noticed is everything is priced slightly higher than the normal chipotle I go to a few blocks away. And getting my food the portions are super skimpy! I can understand being skimpy with meat since it's more expensive but even skimping on toppings like cheese I've never seen done. Will definitely be sticking with the other chipotle.

When I arrived, there were only two other guests dining in, but I noticed that several tables were dirty, which left a poor first impression.I ordered a bowl and originally wanted steak, but I was informed they were out. The staff member behind the counter told me there would be a 5-minute wait for the steak, and I agreed to wait. However, when I asked for napkins, I was told they were out, which was disappointing. Napkins are a basic necessity, and it's frustrating that the restaurant wasn't stocked with such an essential item.When the steak was finally ready, the cashier kindly informed me I didn't need to wait in line again to get my order, which I appreciated. However, when I received my food, I noticed the steak was poorly prepared--it wasn't cut properly, making it difficult to eat. I ended up having to take my food home just to cut the steak myself.It seemed like the cook may have been rushing to finish his shift, as I saw him leaving shortly afterward. While I understand the challenges of working in food service, it's disappointing to pay nearly $20 for a meal that isn't properly prepared.I hope this location can improve its cleanliness, supply management, and food preparation quality to provide a better experience for customers in the future.

This is normally a great chipotle. Today was definitely an off day. They were not busy, but a bit unorganized. I really wanted to try the new honey chicken, but alas I was to be denied. The man in front of me took the last of the chicken. The lady making my tacos ask the cook how long for more and he just laughed at her. She apologized and offered another protein. I had the steak and enjoyed it, but really wanted the new chicken. The place was clean, but very cold inside. The music is loud and it is hard to have a conversation. I will come back and hopefully have a better experience.

The worst $35 I have spent in a long time. I ordered online because both my husband I have been super sick with this flu but we were both ready to eat. He wanted Chinese food from Hong Kong House on Folsom and I should have listened! Being the loving husband he is he went with my choice, Chipotle, and here we are! I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and added white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, fajita veggies and cheese. I guess none of those things add actual flavor because it didn't taste like anything. There is nothing in this bowl that made it worth the $13 I spent on it. My husband got the barbacoa bowl and the only thing different with his was the super hot red sauce he adds to it but again, nothing adds actual flavor, everything is so bland. I don't understand the hype of this place. My food is still sitting here I don't know what to do with it but hate to throw it out. If I feel better in the morning I'm going to add some Sazon Mexican seasoning to it and some over easy eggs and see if I can make a breakfast burrito out of it. I'm sorry but that was a sad bowl that I don't even know how they can call Mexican. It doesn't taste like any Mexican food I've ever had.I should have went with my husband's choice. Next time we're going to Hong Kong House!

BEST CHIPOTLE EXPERIENCE EVER! Staff were so nice and accommodating. Nice big portions too :))))!!

I had the steak bowl at Chipotle, and it was delicious. The service was great, and the restaurant was spacious, clean, and had a good vibe.

The portions are constantly less than every other Chipotle locations. For example, a burrito bowl is always about half of what you would get at another store. I've come here on multiple occasions hoping it has changed but am severely disappointed each time.

These mfs here don't even know how to cook rice. The worst Chipotle location I ever been at.

2 starsIt is understandable that chipotle is not true authentic Mexican food. However, when orders are placed, and options selected - the order is still not correct. I placed a pick up order on 2/16 for pickup at 1:10. I requested both extra lettuce (in burrito) and napkins/utensils (in bag). I did not receive either. Unfortunately, I did not notice what was in my burrito until it was open and consumed.

Did an online order for a steak burrito. Got home with it and there was like 4 pieces of steak. Might as well been a vegetarian burrito. It's a chain restaurant, how you going to go skimpy on the meat? Do you get paid enough to go skimpy on the meat?
