They finally finished the remodel on this chick-fil-a which included making two drive thru lanes to help with the congestion of cars. Lines of cars would wrap around the whole parking lot and One lane just wasn't efficient.As always, the attendant taking orders in the drive thru speaks to you with such delight. Every question is answered with glee, ordering is easy and the food is fantastic. If you order via the app you can pick up curbside, inside or drive thru. There was practically no wait and the food was cooked to order. Im not sure about the ambiance inside as we didn't eat inside the establishment but the ambiance in the drive thru was smooth, helpful and easy. I would definitely be back to this chick-fil-a now that it's back open as it's the closest location to me.

Love the Chick-Fil-A chicken. Usually, I order the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of waffle fries. Both are so good. I stop by this Chick-Fil-A location when I go to the mall since it is down the street from Arden Fair mall. Despite being fast food, I have had good, friendly service every time I have come from the cashier to the worker who brings out the food to the table. The restaurant always seems to be clean. The only thing I don't like about Chick-Fil-A is that it seems a little pricey for the chicken nuggets considering how small they are. However, I keep coming back.

I've pre-ordered and I've waited in line at this location. They are always so fast and efficient. As a trainer I always recommend Chick-fil-a to clients when they are on the road or in a time crunch. Their grilled chicken sandwich and grilled nuggets are very macro friendly. Their breakfast sandwich with grilled chicken and egg whites is also a great option. At this location they have different lines which makes it easier to order quickly. And they usually have someone directing cars which makes rush time easier to navigate.

Food is amazing. It is cooked to perfection. It's well seasoned and it is provided add a great timely manner.Service is quick and efficient. The staff are very respectful and courteous when talking to you and asking what you would like to order and thanking you for visiting. Ambience is the same as any other Chick-fil-A nothing majorly different This location can get busy pretty quick, considering it is very close to a lot of shopping center after a long day of shopping perhaps you would want to pick up dinner here

I understand if you guys don't like giving out sauce, but for me to have two meals and be told we should share the ranch instead of giving me two of the sauces I asked for just blows my mind, I asked and the young lady said she couldn't me puzzled asked why, she said she can't, so I replied with I have two meals so if me and the person the food is for want ranch we share? She said YES!!! That was insulting if I had to pay please say that but think with logic and never tell me that I can share this small ranch for two full meals, or show me the limit per customer sign, I really don't think it's asking to much for each person to have their own sauce of their choice! What if I was dropping it off to someone we have to rock paper scissors for who gets it? Please fix this

Our food was fresh and tasty. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. The inside seating was closed for the public, so we sat outside at a covered picnic table. The servers brought our food out In about 10 minutes. The fries were nice and hot. I also got an unsweet tea and that was fresh.

Make sure you check your bag for the sauces that you order. This is the 3rd Tim in a row where they've neglected to give me the sauces that I order. I guess I have to go through my entire order to make sure they actually give me what I've paid for. Pretty annoying that I have to double check them
