Chef Linzione

I had the pleasure of working with Chef Linzione during a private event and if I could give him 6 stars I would! He was so professional, highly organized. We planned the menu together in advance- he then executed everything that he said he would and more!He's highly recommended if you are looking into doing a private catering event which is what he specializes in. His food was delicious and made with the best ingredients. He was easy to work with, he has a big heart and a big personality! He's very fun and entertaining with the guests. I've never met such a creative chef. He created a dessert especially for my event. So, for those who would like to enjoy the finest things in life such as great cuisine, he is THE ONE to call.Sacramento is lucky to have such a talented chef like him! Thank you very much and I'm looking forward to our next event together.

I would like to give him 6 stars but I can't ! My wife planned a birthday and anniversary surprise for me and hired Chef Linzioni for the occasion. He has many talents : he's a singing chef! Yes! He played the saxophone after dinner and entertained my wife And I with a beautiful show! And it doesn't stop there, he's also an ARTIST! He presented a drawing of our little daughters that I had no idea my wife planned for. It was the biggest unveiling of the night. Now, let's talk about the food: a 5 course meal with the best and freshest ingredients! Best food I've ever had! A 28 day aged steak.... yeah, try to top that. Food galore, champagne galore, wine, dessert. Please have in mind that if you hire him, he's the real deal, he is the full package. Also have in mind that he's worth every penny and he's not for those who nickle and dime. The whole experience was luxurious, romantic, unforgettable and at the comfort of our HOME!!! I've been working with Chef Linzione for the past few years and I Can whole heartedly say I've never met someone more passionate about their work. Chef Linzione presents dishes nothing short of spectacular and uses only the highest quality ingredients. Every one of his dishes is bound to electrify the pallet with the perfect balance of flavors and textures. I have yet to be presented with a dish that was sub par and every creation is displayed beautifully. Chef Linzione refuses to serve anything below the standards he's worked over the past 30 years to set and will not disappoint. It takes someone with a sophisticated pallet and extraordinary talent to produce the exquisite cuisine that Chef Linzione creates. Absolutely spectacular! The way Chef Linzione layers his desserts with so much flavor amazes me. He is truly passionate about what he make and he puts the time and effort into each creation until it's perfect! Thank you for showing me another side to the amazing culinary world!

So let's start at the beginning, Chef comes through our Harley Dealership monthly peddling jerky. One day he brings me a sample piece of cheesecake, yes it was delicious. So I then ask how much to make me a whole one. He goes on a long tangent of what a low income simple minded demographic our town and community is and how no one can afford his culinary excellence. Well needless to say we agree on $100.00 for a custom made cheesecake, fine. The day comes when he's supposed to bring it to me. I was busy with a line of customers so I simply hand him the money and apologize I don't have time to look at it with him, he dang near demands I look at it and stop what I'm doing. So I quickly look at it tell him although it's much smaller than expected it looks pretty. About an hour goes by when it slowed down enough for me to go eat a piece, yes it was kept in a fridge until said time. Open it, look at it, and to my dismay the cheesecake in question just doesn't look right. First of all, I specifically asked for a plain regular cheesecake or strawberry/cherry since either of those are fine with me. Never in my 30 years of life have I seen a cheesecake without a cookie type of crust. Thats the first discrepancy. Then I actually take a bite. To my horror it's LEMON, I strongly dislike Lemon, almost with a passion. As if that's not bad enough the texture was a slippery lumpy pudding like texture. To those who have ever had cheesecake, you and I both know that's not right. So here I've over paid for a cheesecake I custom ordered in good faith I would get something of amazing quality that tastes delicious. So due to how unhappy I was I called this chef. He immediately is offended that I did not like the cake. He then goes on to defend his cake, saying Lemon is his regular cheesecake and that's what I ordered. I've included pictures so you may decide for yourself if I am out of line or simply one of those customers you just can't please. I can assure you I'm not. I've been in the customer service industry for fifteen years. Long story shortened, he's refused to make it right and either make me another one or return some of the money spent on an item I did not want nor did I order, (a lemon pudding cake with no crust.) Anyways I don't recommend this guy. He's very rude and childish. All I wanted was a cheesecake. Lesson learned stick with a business you know. My local cake lady made me a better custom made cheesecake for nearly half the price and twice the size. Hope this review will help anyone in the future considering using this guy's services.

AMAZING! He stopped by my office one day and I've been hooked ever since. I've been to many events and never had food that was so pleasing to the palette. I usually get his smoked salmon salad but today had the tropical salad. So good. And the dessert, oh the dessert. My mouth is watering as I write. Try the raspberry chocolate mousse. Flavors I wish I could describe better. I'm so impressed with Chef Linzione. I highly recommend him.
