In a nutshell; Rather ghetto location, but food was actually rather decent, lots of chairs and tables to guarantee a seat on a busy lunch or dinner rush. It is odd that the sign above the restaurant seems to be of that of a previous business so wasn't sure at first if I got the location wrong but closer inspection reveals that it was. The ambience wasn't all that eye appealing or very on theme but if food is the only factor then I'd say the food was pretty good. Unfortunately a few of the menu items weren't available and some of the items our server had to double check if it was available. Still once the food was served , was a rather pleasant experience and enjoyed the dining experience. Overall good pakistani/Indian food , location is a bit sketch but if you don't mind that then do try.

The food and service were great, and the ambiance needed a little work. We ordered Chicken Karahi, Keema naan, beef seekh kebab and rogni naan. Chicken Karahi was the best dish out of everything we order; spicy and cooked in tomatoes. Beef seekh kebab were also very good. They need to work on their keema naan, flavor of the minced meet was muted in the naan. Rogni naan was just a sesame naan it was good but not original rogni naan as it should be. Overall, it is a good place for spicy authentic Pakistani cuisine.

I am a big advocate for supporting small local businesses instead of big corporations. From my last review being 5 stars they disappointed me this time. I got aloo paratha which is comparably expensive for $9+ after taxes was a nothing special. It especially disappointed me because it was burned. There were barely any potatoes in the paratha and for the quality it was highly disappointing. For few more dollars you could get a full meal but the prices is outages and the quality was horrible. Highly disappointed not writing this review due to the price complaint but due to quality of the food.

True authentic Pakistani Lahori food! The Breakfast Paratha with scrambled eggs was Fresh and Tasty. My husband had the Cholay Halwa Poori as well as Keema Naan and he loved it. It was refeshing to eat real Punjabi-Pakistani food in the Sacramento area.Excellant Chef who is actually a Pakistani Chef. The service was over and beyond our expectations! Udey and Rahman were very friendly and accomodating. We even ordered food to go!

We ordered goat karahi and butter naan along with gajrela. The goat was soo salty we did not even eat it it was extremely over salted the naan did not even have butter on it and the gajrela was obviously old and had a Burnt taste to it and smell. I was really disappointed.

I asked the lady working at the restaurant if the samosas are hand made if they fry the frozen ones from the box. She said she makes them & they are already made ready to be fried. When I got home & opened the bag they were frozen samosas fried. If I wanted to eat frozen samosas I could've bought them from the store. The way you can tell if they are frozen is they all have the same type of smell & they all are folded perfectly with a thick layer of dough. When you make them by hand, all samosas will never look the same. She is charging $1.49 for a 25 cent samosa which is not even fresh.
