Can a broth be profoundly meaningful? YES. It can. It is both an absolute joy to the senses and a nourishing comfort. This broth!! Tonkotsu. It is rich with layers of delicate flavor and the homemade chili sauce adds just the right amount of spice. The lovely Thai co-owner behind this broth is a true artist-chef, she's amazing. Generous servings, and my friends who had the Pho said it was excellent also. This is a family business, the sweet owners are there greeting and serving tables alongside staff, and you get a sense that it is a real labor of love. Also it is a new place - - please go support them! you will not regret it. Definitely looking forward to returning snd trying other things on the menu

Had the pleasure of eating here for dinner on their 10th day open! My partner got Pho and I got Ramen. Both of us were impressed by the silky and rich broths and the large portion sizes. We also tried their shrimp roll appetizer which was perfect and I got a butterfly pea lemon drink that was super tasty! GV has been needing a great Pho or Ramen spot for years-- now we've got one!
