Love that the cashew chicken is mostly all chicken! No fillers at Chang Brothers! To many places add way to much veggie filler!

Service is outstanding, fried food was fried to perfection, great chow main noodles...but it was downhill from there. Walnut shrimp, sauce was off and not to good, beef was slightly over cooked and no flavor, orange chicken, well let's say Trader Joe's is better, had large pieces of orange peel (not very tasty) and chicken was very dry, almost like it was reheated in a deep fryer. Egg rolls were just filled with cabbage and breading was thick on shrimp. Ribs over cooked. Seems like the theme was over cooking or reheating already cooked food. Sorry but this places food quality is going to wrong direction. But hell, you do get a lot of below average food for the money!!! I say skip and try another place.

WORST "CHINESE" FOOD I've ever had in my life. Embarrassing and disgraceful quality of dishes.Everything is fried with a ladle of goopy, gross sauce added on top. Nothing is authentic, no real flavors or really any flavors at all, very poor cooking skills from the chef.Notably bad dishes - the lemon chicken was a syrupy nightmare (look like a melted yellow candle on top of a plate of fried chicken), the walnut shrimp was a mayo-laden disaster and smelled bad, and the eggrolls were sad and greasy. We had other dishes as well, we came as a party of 10, and they were all terrible. To make matters worse, the staff was openly fighting and bickering at each other while we were trying to eat their bad food. Service was poor. Presentation of food was poor. Tea kettle too small and ran out quickly. I saw the reviews online and wasn't happy about going to this place. But my sister really wanted Chinese food with our family and made a reservation. I knew this place would be mediocre but it was inedible. They need to start over, get a new chef who can actually make real authentic Chinese food, fresh ingredients and more veggies (not bags of the lowest quality, cheapest meat to fry). Add some real authentic dishes to the menu and get rid of some of the gross and outdated American Chinese dishes that are so unhealthy and unappetizing. Lastly, the staff should not fight in front of patrons. It makes having a fun family meal into a stressful event.

We are in town visiting family. Conveniently located near the grocery store. Everything we ordered was so good. The take service was a plus. Highly recommend the bitter melon dish & the crispy beef. Highly recommend.

2 stars. I wish I could give more but the quality of food is lacking. Out of around 6 entrees the only thing good was the chicken chow mein and chicken fried rice and the chow mein was very greasy. I don't know what kind of oil they are using or if they are changing it regularly but it caused major stomach and digestive upset in 3 people. The beef dishes had zero flavor and the chicken was poor quality- lots of gristle and fat. I don't know how well this business is doing but it seems like they have gone downhill and cutting corners to stay open.

My Mom loves this place - me, not so much after my first visit. Positives - very good service, huge helpings of food (like 3 meals full), decent prices.", hot and sour soup and wanton soup were both good and an ok/nice beef satay. Big negative- Kung Pao Chicken (my fav dish) was simply terrible. I could not eat it. Panda Express' KP chicken 100 times better. Stay away from that dish. Now after looking at other reviews, there are good dishes here and really bad dishes so choose wisely.

Haven't been there to dine in but had ordered take out. Food is average, but more than food enough for Auburn area given there are not many Chinese restaurants.

Good location in the Bel Air shopping center. Always friendly service. We've been going here for years. We've been to several of the Chinese restaurants in Auburn and this is one of my favorites. Always had a good meal. Clean!

Small portions and staff were incredibly rude, we saw how they treated a return customer differently. Would not eat here again. Felt bad tipping because of how rude the staff were.
