The carne asada burrito was 1/5 star. The burrito itself had a lot of wet ingredients: pico de gallo, cilantro, onions, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce (who puts lettuce in a burrito?!! gross). Rice and beans not included. The carne asada was overly salty, chewy, and overcooked to the point the texture was like jerky! I am warning you, do not order a carne asada burrito.The pollo and adobada tacos were decent 3.5/5 star. I appreciated the guacamole on it. I'll stick to just that if I ever come back.

i like chandos but this location is somethin else.i just felt inclined to review because i ordered and wasted maybe 20 minutes waiting. well the cashier didnt register my combo and only sold me the burrito.. i said combo that was the first thing that came out of my mouth. now i had to wait some more just to talk to her and she said she didnt ring me up for the combo. its a freaking 13+ dollar burrito. so now i'm like screw it, i'm not gonna wait and double charge my card. this is like super simple, ur not doing calculus.

What happened to Chando's? We used to love this place but the flavor, quality and service have gotten so bad. We tried the Elk Grove location and vowed not to ever go back! We gave them another chance with the power inn location. It was fully disappointing. The carne asada used to be the staple. It no longer tastes like they grill it with the mesquite charcoal. It was greasy and reheated instead of being fresh. The competition is definitely leaving Chando's behind. Salsa is average too. It feels like they are no longer closely managing the restaurants.

Really good tacos! I love their pico and elotes too. The employees are friendly and the food is always fresh. Can't go wrong with a Chandos taco!!

My wife is allergic to onions. I specifically told them NO ONIONS. Now we are in the ER. I tried to communicate as to what is going on 12/4/2024 7:53 pm. They hung up on me without a word spoken. Lawsuit coming!

I tried the adobada and asada street tacos on my lunch break Thursday, both were good and I recommend them! 5 stars for those 2 tacos but I can't speak on the rest of the menu and only recommend what I ordered. The service was very fast and friendly here, lots of tables inside as well. Plenty of parking too. I recommend stopping by here sometime.

I came here on a Taco Tuesday where most of their tacos are $2.50. I love how they have a variety of vegetarian tacos. From my experience, they do rotate their Taco Tuesday menu but always have vegetarian options on the list. My friend and I each ordered a veggie, papas, and espinicas taco. Food came out super quick and hot. My favorite was the papas tacos since it was deep fried filled with mashed potato. The veggie and espinicas tacos was also really good but was a bit too salty for me. I recommend grabbing some of their green and red sauce at the sauce station and drizzling them on your tacos for maximum flavor. Would visit again for more Taco Tuesdays!

I used to love Chandos but something has seriously changed and not for the better. My boyfriend and I went for some tacos and taquitos and the taquitos were soo sweet in flavor and the meat in the tacos is just so dry, there are tons of black particles in the drinks because the ice is dirty. Do not come here unless you want to get sick. I have felt nauseous ever since I ate the first taco.A serious disappointment :( I hope they can improve but until then I will not be returning

This place fell off MAJORLY!!! Recently went in for a Al Pastor/Adobada burrito asked for extra meat on it and when I took a bite into there was barely any meat in it which I paid extra for it!!! Called them regarding this and supposedly that was the correct portion for the extra meat, Chando's used to be really good a few years back, it seems like they don't care about the quality anymore, burritos should be called wet burritos with all the soggy veggies they put in it, the Al Pastor/Adobada meat isn't even cooked through vertical rotisserie anymore, if you keep this up you're really going to loose customers like me. For sure never going back.
