Chando's Tacos

My father and I went here again today the October 27.This time when I ordered, I told the kid guy that I would need the habanero, and the other sauces that was missing the first time. Just like when I ordered from Uber eats we got the food found out it was a tad bit cheaper compared to the first time.Yet my father is wondering WHY we did NOT get some chips today.He tried the grilled fish taco, while I stayed with the potato taco and one veggie tacoI learned to make sure to add the sauces when I ordered.Unlike the first time when I went here, so the last time was a tad bit better yet my father noticed that we did not get the free chips the last time.

Stopped by this local Chando's on Pleasant Grove late Wednesday afternoon during their weekday 3-6 PM Happy Hour. Fantastic service, great food, generous servings, and very nice employees working both at the cashier's position and in food preparation. We ordered fish tacos, adobada tacos, a burrito, and chicken flautas, along with drinks. Each of the tacos were stuffed with tasty ingredients, the burrito was easily enough for two meals, and the flautas was excellent. Fresh ingredients, generous amounts of guacamole, perfectly seasoned meats, and simply delicious Mexican food. Plenty of chips with the meal, too. Chando's has a self-serve salsa bar with numerous options to flavor the food the way you want plus very fresh Pico de Gallo to top it all off. I don't know how the meal could have been any better. The food was ready in a bit over five minutes once the order was placed and all items were made exactly as requested. Chando's always has a daily special along with weekday Happy Hour discounts allowing diners to enjoy very high quality food at great prices if you take advantage of these deals. A very enjoyable and filling early dinner with excellently prepared Mexican food that tasted truly authentic. Thanks for the care in preparation and quality of the ingredients. I have enjoyed visiting Chando's since about 2010 at their original Sac. location along with their newer stores and the service and food has been consistently very good.A+++

We've ordered lunch from Chando's a few times recently for work. Ordering was easy and service was fast considering it's been lunch time both times. So far I've tried the Birria Mulitas & Birria Tacos. Both are equally delish!!!! The chips are super crunchy and the salsa verde is my favorite!!!!

So I have been to Chandos since 2018, at the garden location. So I was pretty excited to visit Chandos again today. However, my excitement was met with utter disappointment today. We ordered 3 items, Quesabirria tacos, Chicken Flutas, and the Loaded Fries. The tacos and flutas tasted very bland and lacked any real flavor. I'm not sure what happened but it seemed like the was not seasoned at all. The only thing that tasted good was the loaded fries. I can honey say it'll probably another 7 years before I return to Chandos and that sucks. The service was good and the restaurant was clean for the most part.

One of my favorite places to eat. I like to order the Mulitas, one chicken and one carne asada. Very clean and reasonably priced.

I visited Chandos Tacos twice during my time in, Roseville. The value is undeniable, providing a feast for the senses without weighing down the wallet. The variety of meats - from the robustly flavored Carne Asada, the tender Carnitas, to the perfectly seasoned Chicken. The service matches the quality of the food - efficient and friendly, ensuring a dining experience that's as enjoyable as it is memorable.

Chando's The best thing in the menu ( to me) is the quesadilla . The barrilla is not so good. Had an after taste I can't explain. The street tacos have too much gristle . Wife likes the chicken nachos . Dropped review because the rest is not so good here. Prices high like everywhere else. Here's the rub; Order at the counter , grab your own drink , pick up your own food , bus your own table....... Employees start at $20 an hour and when you do all the work..... they ask for a tip. For what? You take my order . Thanks! I work a hell of a lot harder at my job and tips are not in the conversation. I do not roll my eyes ( like you did) when there is no tip. You provide zero service! At $20+ per hour the smile should be an expectation . I paid $18.47 for lunch. 1 person . Not feeling so good about coming here anymore. No service , only a few picks that are good. High prices and attitude. Going to explore other options .

While we love the food, I would not recommend ordering their catering/family packs for pick up. We ordered a family pack with extra meat for pick up at 5pm two days in advance. We were on a tight schedule so when I arrived at 5pm to pick up my order, they hadn't even started preparing it. They said it just then showed on their screen. Unfortunately I couldn't wait for them to prepare the food and so I had to cancel my order which greatly impacted our family event. The selected pick up time should mean something especially when ordering in advance.

Chando's Tacos is good. The service was fast . I ordered 3 tacos one fish, one chicken and one beef. The tilapia fish was my favourite it came with a sloth and a house sauce. I really enjoyed the free chips. Tacos on Tuesdays are 2.50

Lots of variety lots of good sides the corn, especially. The tacos burritos are delicious if you want Mexican, but want something a little different and less traditional this place is great.
