Casillas Cigars

I'm visiting , found this place on Yelp. I had to drive 40 minutes.I walked in and was greeted by Pierre. Very friendly and made me feel at home right away. Showed me his inventory. I picked out the one that sounded like I would like. I sat down and burn this stick here in the lounge. Got to chat with Pierre while burning my cigar. I'm planning on buying some and taking back home. Very nice place and so friendly. A must visit cigar shop. Worth the 40 minute drive.

Cheap bastard over charged me 10 dollars then when I said it's ok just give me a cigar cutter and a lighter for it he told me the cigar cutter was 12 for a cheap plastic pos also all the cigars are from Nicaragua not Cuba not Cuban mixes and a waste of time and money

Stellar experience with Casillas Cigars for my husband's 40th birthday celebration. From the excellent customer service during booking, to Pierre and Eddie interacting with guests during our party, we couldn't ask for a better service. While we are not avid cigar smokers, trying out different cigars, and learning about the process from Pierre and Eddie was awesome. The onsite rolling added an exciting element to our Havana Nights themed party. I highly recommend their team for anyone looking to add a little sophistication and luxury to their event.

Great atmosphere to smoke on leather couches, and have interesting conversations. Cigars are made by their own farms, reasonably priced.

Wonderful experience and customer service. My first visit, I had no idea what I was looking for. I was purchasing as a gift as well as myself. I was met with someone who took time to not only educate me a bit, but had patience to help me pick out what I was looking for. I will be back.

Just walked in the other day to get a lighter and I was treated to such a friendly and welcoming disposition by the owner and those in the walk-in cigar lounge. The owner was so helpful, I couldn't help but purchase a couple cigars along with the lighter he recommended.I smoked the box-pressed robusto and I was impressed. Very mild and easy to smoke. Next time I get there I will try the cognac dipped cigars. Great place, great location, great attitude. I will be seen here often.

Second review I forgot to add this place is handicap Friendly And also has handicap handicap parking next to the establishment. The owners are very nice and friendly Is they welcome everyone of all races.

Easy to work with. Ask all your questions. Great people. They make everything in house and they got an in-house cigar lounge. Positive experience overall.

Great place with great staff. Very friendly. I tried the cognac cigar... wow... probably the one of the best cigars I've ever tried. Every time I visit Folsom I'll be stopping for a bunch of sticks. Thank you guys!!!
