I love the Almond and Caramel ice cream... it is sweet though. Service was good, the staff was very pleasant. The interior was nicely decorated too. I would have loved to stay and hung out if we did not need to leave so soon.

We were walking around the Galleria when we saw this new place. It looked inviting, so we went in. It's a high end bakery with a lot beautiful pastries. We tried a couple, and they were scrumptious. Their gelato was also good. We'll come back for sure!

Very disappointed.I saw this family being recognized on the Food Network. So I had my hopes up and was waiting for it to finally open at the Galleria Mall. I am Italian, and love gelato and sweets. When I entered there was no one in the entire bakery but me. That includes no staff at the front. Finally a young gal came from the back. The cakes were all 25 percent off.WHY I asked myself. The tiramisu small cake in the front area was $9 for a few bites in a glass. It was way too wet. The canoli was tooooo sweet, and I could only take one bite.I will not return. The only good thing about it, was the chairs were comfortable.Damiano, you really need to go to Roseville and fix this bakery.Maria

We were walking around the mall and heard a new pastry shop opened up. We found Carrara's Pastries located next to the kids playground outside. We walked in and saw the display of gelato, and various cakes and sizes. The counter display had the mini cakes and the fridge had their full size cakes. These are definitely not your average pastries. These looked like high end desserts. All of them looked so beautiful! They reminded me of cakes from a patisserie that are too perfect to eat. The cakes were on sale so we got the small Trilogia, which is a triple chocolate Bavarian cream cake. It was packaged in this gorgeous box. The cake wasn't overly sweet and creamy texture made it light to eat. The inside was spacious and clean. The service was friendly and helpful in describing the cakes and answering questions. We later learned they a based in socal and specialize in Italian desserts. Definitely looking forward to trying their other cakes and pastries!

They have smaller sized cakes if you want to try them out at around $11-$12. The small to large sized cake range from $30-50. The cakes are pretty from afar but upon careful inspection the glaze on top of the cake tends to be messy or distorted around the edges of the cake. I would say the cakes are pretty overpriced for whats offered.

Pastries are beautiful but very small and expensive. They don't serve coffee so we got takeout and went to the new coffee shop next door. Charging so much, you'd want the whole experience/ambiance.

First, this place is expensive. 2 small dessert mousse and it was about 19 dollars. Then the tips option starts at 15%. But it's ok if the quality of the desserts worth it. The Yogurt Wildberry Mousse had this Wildberry cream on top that I couldn't even cut easily using the plastic fork they provided. Very gummy. Even the mousse layer is kinda hard, not as light or melt in mouth as usual mousse should be. The Trilogia was at least better tasting, although still firm. Definitely not worth 20 dollars. It's a pass for me next time.

I recently discovered this charming handmade Italian dessert shop, and it was a fantastic experience! Conveniently located in the heart of the neighborhood, it's easy to find and a perfect stop for sweet cravings. The unique cheesecake stood out with its fresh, vibrant flavors, perfectly balancing creamy and tangy notes. I also tried the gelato--mango, yogurt, and pumpkin--and each flavor was smooth and rich. The mango was refreshingly tropical, the yogurt had a delightful tang, and the pumpkin was a cozy treat. The espresso was exceptional, and the warm atmosphere, along with friendly staff, made my visit even more enjoyable. I can't wait to go back!

I purchased a lemon dessert. It taste super old and just not fresh and was almost $10. I don't mind paying for delicious desserts, but this was not it.
