Carmichael Farmer's Market

I love our Carmichael farmers market and all the wonderful people involved. Always able to find a parking spot although sometimes it gets rather full love grabbing a cup of coffee or something along that long and starting my shopping for. Homemade and homegrown goods... Don't forget to take your bag.!! oh yeah, throw a buck in the tambourine for the man singing the songs! Lol

Has somewhat limited selection but it will probably grow. We enjoyed it and will go back.Parking is easy.

The choices of produce vendors and arts & crafts. The friendly people who greets you with a smile, hello and how are you? We tried samples of peaches and they were tasty! If you have not been to the farmers market, try it!

Don't just drive by, actually stop!There is amazing produce, bread, and super friendly vendors.Cute activity to do with the family and there is a little play area near by if the kids get bored near the swim entrance.

If you are interested in picking up some really fresh fruits, veggies and other items, the Carmichael Farmer's Market is pretty good! Of course, everyone is really nice and pleasant. Excellent location. Solid farmer's market and a decent size too with plenty of free parking. So much easier than dealing with the crowds and traffic downtown.

Been here more then a handful of times, each time gets better, weather permitting place is well spaced out next to a park, maybe 4-6 tables to sit if you get food from the chosen food trucks.The local vendors have ample choices of veggies, other vendors have soap, baked goods, a little bit of everything, juicy lady that is there serves some very refreshing drinks all fruit based iced cold. Definitely if you are in the area and are looking for veggies or fruits or random items, stop by they have a little bit of everything you would want.one of the food trucks that is there every time I have been there was India Jones, everything that I have sampled is very good, tacos are a must try, curries are also a must try, I would like spicier but for what they offer it is made just right, portion wise is also goodusually there's a taco truck but all times I have been there it is has been there maybe 3 times, solid tacos made California Street Tacos, Sacramento CA a green food truck if they are there I recommend sampling everything sometimes there is live music, guess it just depends, again this is a must visit if in the area on Sundays for good fresh produce and other items\just a side note the porta potties are not well maintained so I suggest using restroom at home before coming herefarmers market **** solid marketprice $-$$$ depends on what you getservice ***** all vendors all happy to help youambiance **** depending on the day nice to be out in this area, during winter it is really cold pack a jacket and a hat in case it rains during summer heat could be unbearable get something cold to drink or buy one of the umbrellas that one of the vendor makes

This afternoon, we came to check out the farmers market with my mother for the first time after I had ran out of fruit at home and it was great! They had an Indian food truck called India Jones, love the name it's similar to Indiana Jones and I wanted to try a mango lassi but they were sold out unfortunately. The cashier was very friendly tho and explained it's a yogurt based drink, sounds yummy!Their were a lot of vendors and fresh produce available for purchase, as well as other items such as jewelry, soaps, kettle corn, beef jerky, pastries, bbq etc! My mother got 3 baskets of strawberries and the cashier didn't take cards, but said she could come back the next week and pay him the $10 then. What a caring person who is not just about the money, but also cares about his customers and he also offered a strawberry sample to my daughter and she loved it! She was addicted and kept wanting more of the ones grandma got! I tried some too and they are very sweet and delicious! Another booth we both bought I believe nectarines and plums after trying out some delicious flavorful juicy fruit samples offered! They had a minimum purchase of $5.00 to use your card. For 2lbs of fresh produce, it's a great deal!We are looking forward to coming here next weekend with cash to try out more foods from the vendors and check out other booths! I would recommend coming here!

Nice turnout for a small farmers market. Nice selection of produce. There were other vendors as well. A fun pet treat tent, market baskets and jewelry. There a vendor that sells great salsa and several food trucks. It's a nice park for kiddos plus a dog park.

I picked up some lovely peaches and would swing back just to find the lumpia truck again. Easy parking, happy kind vendors.

A rude lady is now in charge of the market. She acquired Carmichael from the previous group that ran the market. Boy has this market gone downhill! Very few venders. I was asking about a booth, and she acted like I was wasting her time. I would NEVER put a booth up here; I can't get over how unprofessional she is.I feel sorry for the venders, they have no idea the lady in charge is chasing away people and venders.I love the older couple with all the knowledge and their produce from their garden. I've bought candles from them, too.
