Fast food chains tend to only get reviews when they piss people off, so I'm here to help bump this Carl's Jr ratings a little.Came here for a quick bite for lunch and used the mobile app. The ladies working the counter were helpful and friendly. I used an old gift card so my meal was on the house. I sat down in the dining area which had bright lighting and very clean. Orders were coming out very fast and before I knew it they were calling my name. I had said for here but my order was in a bag. No biggie I will take it as it comes. My burger was just as I had hoped. Got the new spicy western bacon cheeseburger which is all over the commercials. The jalapenos and spicy pepperjack cheese on my favorite and an old classic. This burger was great. Could've went with a double but it was lunch and I had an orthodontist appointment after lol. Thanks to the crew for a fine lunch and nice, quick experience.

So when people think Carls Junior.... U think burgers and fries 99 percent of the time....For me, I go for their breakfast burritos and hash browns!!! I really enjoy their burritos, I always get a simple sausage, hash-brown, egg and cheese burrito with a side of hash browns. The burritos are always fresh and come out hot! The hash browns.... 90 percent of the time, it comes out crispy and hot.... Some days they come out more room temp.... But the customer service of Julian and Eva are awesome!!! Julian has awesome customer service and he is always in a good mood with high energy and makes customers feelWelcome!!! He deserves all the praise! Eva is also very very nice and has professional customer service! Those 2 deserve big respect! So if u r in a mood for a good breakfast burrito, give CJ's a chance! Breakfast stops at 10:30!

Decided to pick up something fast on the way home. This Carl's Jr had no line and the food was pretty decent. You must get the jalapeño poppers!! They have a 6 or 9 piece and I'm so glad I got the 9 piece! It was so gooey, fresh and delicious! Seriously the best thing at Carl's Jr, in my opinion. I tried the chicken sandwich and the #1 and it was okay for fast food items. At the window, the employee asked us to drive and park which I found weird since there were no cars in the drive thru. After trying the jalapeño poppers, I assumed it was cause those take a while to make cause it was piping hot. Service was good but need more napkins. I went to the drive-through around 6:05 PM and it's dark and their menu board wasn't lit up matter fact the whole building looks dark. Looks like it's closed. I drove up to the window after ordering my nine dollar hamburger and said to the cashier that his menu board was dark, he said that owners don't want to turn it on because it cost too much money. I just kind of chuckled. I said I just paid for nine dollar hamburger I would like to see your menu and he kind of laughed. I don't know what's happening these days, paying nine dollars for a cheeseburger which is very goodtasting but come on you have to turn on lights I think that should be your least concerned

I ordered my food on the app when my husband got home with food there was items that were incorrect and missing. I had to go back to the restaurant where I believe I was dealing with the manager. She has blonde and brown hair and she is Latina. I thought one of the items were jalapeño poppers and not another item and she was pretty much stating that I was lying with a horrible attitude. When I open it up, I realize that it was the other item. And I apologize, but I was still missing my jalapeño poppers. She was completely rude about the about whole thing like I was the one that messed up. I just spent $40 on my meal for it to be incorrect and we have to come all the way back there and I'm the one getting an attitude. Young male that was also there was so sweet and understanding she should take a few lessons from him.

I work near by and am always looking for a quick bite. I go to Carl's Jr occasionally but not this location. Was a little hesitant because of the reviews but glad I went anyways. The Drive-Thru was empty and was pleasantly surprised that an AI was taking my order instead of an actual person. It also got my order completely correct even after making some substitutes.After rolling up to the window to pay, the girl behind the window was nice and informed me my chicken tenders would take a moment as they just dropped it in the fryer. (Another reason why I like Carl's Jr's because their tenders always taste like it's freshly cooked and not sitting in a warmer!) I also love their waffle fries and they're the only place that has it besides Chick--Fila, but with seasoning!I had to wait out front, but it didn't take long since I was on my phone. The girl brought my food to my car and it was all good! My receipt says her name was Eva but not sure. Thanks for the pleasant customer service!
