Play went through the drive-thru and ordered something simple two little chicken wraps..The woman at the drive thru window told us that "the chicken was cooking" And that we would have to park in front of the store and wait.I noticed a couple other cars that were waiting as well as did the one after me.I'm not sure why everybody had to park and wait for their food.The wraps tasted good. One was barbecue and one was ranch. I would just like to order from a drive-thru and actually get it at the window.

Have you ever noticed how going through the fast-food drive-thru is like a visit to a psychic? Before you even have a chance to peruse the menu board, a voice from beyond will attempt to read your mind & guess the item you will be ordering. On this visit, the psychic voice predicted the "prime biscuit"...and it was correct! How did it know? Kinda spoooky!Anyhows, the Prime Rib & fried egg biscuit ($4.99) is one of the newest options on Carl's breakfast menu. Carl describes this sammy as "slow cooked sliced prime rib, Swiss cheese, and a fresh-cracked fried egg on a buttermilk biscuit."Carl's offers-up one of the best FF biscuits in the industry & they are far superior to what you get from the McClown. The biscuit is also (for better or worse) the predominant flavor of this sammy. The salty, buttery flavors are too much for the Prime Rib, egg or Swiss to rise above which is a shame since the Prime Rib should be the star of the show here. Will the psychic voice predict the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit on my next drive-thru reading? Because, for me, the smoky bacon beats the Prime.Psychic reading: ****Prime Biscuit: ***Overall: 3.5

This facility is a joke I was told they were closed unless I was a doordash order, When their signage States they're open 24 and their drive-through open sign is even flashing still I guess they don't want business. Need late night fast food go to jack in the box it's cheaper anyway.

My favorite Carl's Jr in the North Highlands area. 9/10 my food is delicious and made fresh. The one time it isn't it's okay bc fast food can't be perfect 100% of the time; even In n Out has misses. This place always comes through when I need food the most. Service is okay but understandable bc who likes working late at night, when is usually the time I order. Also I only do drive thru so I rarely go inside. Inside gets a pass the few times I go inside.

I live right across the street and I've always had a good experience here. the people are nice, the food is good but I absolutely hated the automated ordering at the drive through.

They don't have any veggie sandwich, but the manager Alex (best person) suggested me veggie burger with zucchini, when I tried it, it was so much yummy. Highly recommend to order. And a service is so good

Came here to get some food and the lady taking my order in the drive-through, was very rude and had little response and at some point no response, she never told me the total nor to pull forward, when I came to the window, i had seen her she had red hair and was a white young lady. her customer service was very disappointing.
