Caribe Azul Cuisine

Will have to try some of their other offerings. Had the plantain tostado with jerk pork. The plantain and fixings were good. The pork wasn't bad, but was bland. Was expecting it to have jerk seasonings/sauce which is usually spicy sweet. Just tasted like a normal roast pork.

Great tasty food! My kids are picky eaters but loved the food we ordered. They asked me to order more next time. We had empanadas, spanish rice with pork , sweet plantains and cupcakes. The tasty mix of flavors is on point. We are ordering a family tray now. Easy to order online and delivery is free and on time!

We ate Caribe Azul at Tilted Mash. We ordered their Beef Empanadas and chicken tacos with mango salsa (they were out of pork and cod fritters). We were quoted a 10 minute wait. Two check-backs and 50 minutes later our food arrived. They gave us a chicken empanada because they had no more beef. We graciously accepted the food and were hungry. The tacos were missing arguably the most exciting ingredient the mango salsa. We asked for mango salsa and they explained its more a garnish than a salsa and gave us a couple more pieces. It would seem that perhaps they ran out but didn't want to say it. The overall food was good but not exactly what it could have been.

I have been to several events catered by Caribe Azul Cuisine and the food was fantastic at each event. I started ordering the desserts, first the lemon blueberry cake and most recently the Carrot cakes. The cakes come three small loaves in a box tied with a ribbon. These cakes were to die for, so delicious. I gave several as gifts and each recipient agreed these were the best carrot cakes they have ever eaten. I was also given a box of the cookies made by Caribe and they too were the best. Served them with ice-cream on Mother's Day. We will be repeat customers as long as Caribe Azul Cuisine is in business. Five plus stars for sure.
