This place is fantastic! The people working here are so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The food is absolutely delicious--I tried the plov and shawarma, and both were amazing. Honestly, I think this is the best shawarma I've had in Sacramento so far! Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty food . I'll definitely be back!

The best shawarma in Sacramento!!! highly recommend!!!! Despite the fact that there is always a line, I serve quickly and are given a drink as a gift. but you can do without it as the shawarma is very juicy!

People who runs this food truck is always supper friendly and helpful . There is plenty of parking space right up front of the food truck. It is easy to access their location. I would recommend to call them ahead of time to get your order ready as soon as you arrive . It Usually takes them max 15-20 min to prep your order . I like to have chicken shawarma here and my husband usually go for biff . Both shawarmas has a good size and very testy . They also have other items on the menu but I will give them a try sometime later .

If you're in Sacramento and love shawarma, you have to try this Uzbek food truck! I drive two hours just for their shawarma wraps they're hands down the best I've ever had. So flavorful and satisfying.

My friend and I like to try new places and new cuisines. Since we had never had Uzbek food before, we went as soon as we found out about this place. Of course I can't compare it to any other Uzbek restaurants, but we enjoyed it enough to want to go back. (Most of the time, we try each place just once.)The plov was really tasty. The samsi were very pleasant -- meat and what looked like onion, inside a tasty, crunchy roll. I guess they are the Uzbek equivalent of samosas, but they were encased in a roll which was much different from Indian samosas. We got lagman, which was interesting (and I don't mean that as a polite insult). It had an interesting combination of spices I don't think I've ever had before. I liked it more and more as I ate it, and I would order it again.

Caravan Uzbek Cuisine food truck is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Uzbek food. Their Uzbek Plov is simply outstanding, and I have yet to find another place in town that can come close to their quality and taste.
