*this was a Father's Day special and is not a regular menu itemThis bbq rib special reinvented BBQ for me. I yoinked the first rib out of the box and to my surprise the meat flew right off the bone and I caught it in my mouth in one bite because it was so tender.We also got the fried shrimp and loved the dipping sauce (almost seemed like a sriracha / aioli / tarter sauce (but didn't see any dill so maybe just sriracha aioli) which was perfect for the shrimp and the fries.The food was amazing. I got talked into doing the BBQ special instead of the catfish, but very glad I did because again.. this reinvented my definition of BBQ!Service was great and definitely set the bar high in the food truck game.

Omg, this was one of the best fish tacos I've had in a while! I visited their food truck at the Old Sugar Mill and the sauce and the way it was cooked were so good!

We just visited this truck today at the Crawfish and Catfish Drive Thru Festival. Amazing gumbo and service! They went *above and beyond* after an error with the system. Check them out if you want good food and people who care. We are definitely coming back!

My wife and I were attending the Woodland Crawfish and Catfish festival. We were debating where to try different foods and Candies gumbo caught my attention, while standing in line my wife brought the shrimp and grits to my attention as well. The Gumbo and shrimp & grits were so flavorful and cooked to perfection. I definitely will be following this truck around looking to support them at another venue!

Was at the Sugar Mill Father's Day event. 2 stars for very small portions. I am a small girl 5'3 120lbs and was left still hungry and paid $18 a plate?! Little to no meat on the ribs (only 3, 4 inch size) ribs given. 1/4 cup of beans and potato salad. And.... No BBQ sauce ?! The food did taste good though.

We ordered the dirty Cajun tri-tip fries at the Bayside Church trick or trunk event. The fries were crunchy and thin which was a nice pair with the tri tip. The tri-tip were cut in cubes and were tender and had a yummy smoked flavor. Their special sauce was subtle and not overpowering which complemented the diced tomatoes. I'm curious about their other items on a non-special event menu.

If you're looking for delicious food from an amazing team, this is the place to go! Ever since I've tried this place I've been coming back almost every weekend because I can't get enough!!! The catfish and the chicken wings are cooked to perfection and the catfish has some kind of sauce that is tangy and delicious and just makes everything taste 10x better. They also do a delicious Bundt cake for dessert that is the perfect amount of fluffy and moist so it melts in your mouth. Stop by and give them a try if you see them on the corner of watt and I street, you will not regret it!!!

At the Stockton Jazz festival and ordered the Cajun fried fish. Mine looked nothing like the pic that's posted here. It wasn't crispy at all and tasted like they fried it an hour ago and then microwaved it when I ordered it. The texture of the fish wasn't good either. 2 stars only because their remoulade sauce was good and the fries were seasoned.

This is the mobile food kitchen of food kitchens! Not only do I see them at numerous community events, but I see their spirit of excellence in what they provide to their customers. The food is top notch, the attitude of their team is top notch, and the way they treat their customers is top notch. I've never had an unpleasant experience with them. I hope to see them again at Bayside Church for the trunk or treat. They are one of my favorite mobile kitchens.

Decided to try this food truck out at the Nela Luken Park food truck event. Omg this was the best ever! Husband had the shrimp and I had the basa. Flavor beyond wonderful. Good money value. Just sad they didn't have the Gumbo available. Guess we will have to stalk them and try it!
