You had me at "Feed me tacos and tell me I'm pretty" the food is delicious! Eating my way thru the menu and can not say anything bad. The restaurant has come along way being remodeled and is so nice with clean restrooms!! Which is very important in downtown Sac. The mangonada with tahin is my jam! The homemade green and red salsas are delicious, my mouth's watering thinking of their food now! The service is wonderful and we love coming here. This is a regular treat for us, do yourself a favor and treat yourself too! The shrimp tacos, Spanish rice, birria tacos, breakfast burritos oh my...they also have vegetarian and vegan options which are fantastic and very tasty. The have several different crystal ice cream options and serve beer.

The spicy pork California burrito was the best burrito I've ever had in my life. I normally can't finish a full burrito but I couldn't waste a bite and it was difficult to stop eating!!

We are in Sacramento for the weekend and were craving some vegan Mexican. Our flight arrived late and we decided to door dash this to the hotel! The menu is amazing! There is a vegan and non vegan section so it was immediately easy to find what I could eat and what was catered to my diet. My husband got the Korean bbq burrito and loved it. I got the vegan chicken al pastor burrito and it was so tasty. This restaurant is authentic Mexican food. My burrito was huge and stuffed. It had soy chicken, rice, beans, pineapple. I loved my burrito the flavors were three dimensional and it was spicy and the sweet pineapple was a great touch. The soy chorizo fries were insanely tasty as well. The box of fries was massive and the toppings were plentiful! I will say everything we ordered was definitely pretty spicy so if you cannot tolerate spice I wouldn't come here. I like spicy food but I will say it was a little hotter than j usually get. All in all the food was fantastic and I recommend going here. I can't speak on service or ambiance because we door dashed.

I've visited this place twice now and have no complaints with the food. There's even a free parking lot, so you don't have to worry about parking. The prices aren't exactly the cheapest but I still will stop by whenever I'm in the mood for Mexican. I'm glad to see there's another Mexican place in Sacramento offering vegan options. I've only tried the vegan fries and tacos. Both food options were amazing but I really enjoyed the vegan Al pastor fries. My boyfriend tried the birria tacos and he enjoyed them. I love that they are open on Mondays as nowadays a lot of restaurants close that day. There's plenty of tables and even some outside on a patio. I never wait more than 10 minutes for my food, which is nice. It's a solid choice for Mexican food and I know I will be back to try more vegan items.

We were excited to try this food truck at the farmers market, but was rather lackluster. I got the bacon breakfast burrito and there was maybe one slice of soggy bacon. They added some French fries. It said there would be salsa and I didn't notice anything. Had barely any flavor. I wish they would have mixed the ingredients together with salsa, so you got a bite of everything in each bite. My husband got the chilaquiles breakfast burrito and it had a little more flavor, but was lacking on ingredients. Most of the ingredients were at the bottom so top half was mostly tortilla. Both were very small and the ingredients weren't incorporated very well. They were about $14 each. Definitely not worth it.

Not a bad place, especially for replacing la Garnacha. I went here to pick up a Togo order, which was the vegan Al pastor tacos. I also ordered a horchata. The vegan Al pastor tacos were really good. I could barely tell the difference from the real thing. Generous amount of filling as well. But the hot sauce they put on was really spicy to me. I usually only enjoy mild spiciness, but the hot sauce they mixed in was HOT. If you're not a fan of hot sauce, I recommend getting it on the side or none at all. I was able to power through it, but those who do not like spicy food will not like this at all. The horchata was not good to me so I'll skip it next time. It tasted like milk flavored with a bit of cinnamon. Could barely taste the sweetness. They have lots of seating and the interior is nice and clean. Lot is a small lot that will fit about 10 cars. Service was great as well.

This place is a great place to go for lunch dinner or even breakfast. The restaurant is clean. The atmosphere is casual. There is a parking lot as well. The food is very authentically Mexican. They also have a great assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.the staff is always friendly. I would definitely recommend trying this place out next time you're craving Mexican food.

After all, it does say California, lol... so it has the extra tomatoes. I didn't really like it, but the meat was alright. They were stingy with their meat, unlike other places. Because it's in Midtown, the price is a little higher. It has nice outdoor seating with a balcony cover, but the excessive heat was no joke. Service was alright. It did take a little while to get my taco, considering that there was nobody there. I would like to come back and try something else, maybe on a day that is not so hot

Can you say "cheese-encrusted tacos"? Boy what a menu. Decisions decisions. I drove by here last night and noticed the new sign up having remembered it was previously another place (La Garnacha? Something like that). I like the vibe of a mobile but stationary taco stand with a covered patio. The owner was nice and told us they'd been around a decade as a taco truck and just started in February of this year. I came over after being starving from moving into a new place down the street and what a Godsend, I think I will be a semi-regular here.Oh and those tacos. I got birria which was super moist, carne asada which was perfectly cooked and fatty, and marinated chicken which was also good. You dip the tacos in a broth to make them moist which I'd never experienced before but I'm down for it.Open late makes things easier when you're starving, just be careful in this general area at night obviously as midtown is midtown. Great menu, great seating, nice decor, friendly service, good prices, good parking, low key, and not overcrowded or overly popular. No complaints from me.

First time here and I was highly impressed with the food and the customer service! The place is SUPER CLEAN and I can really appreciate that. I met the owner and his son. Both were super cool. The lil guy is probably only about 8 but he's in here working extra hard like he already owns the place lol. Gotta respect it I got 3 chicken tacos and a Corona. My taco were super fresh and seaonsed to perfection!!! The prices for a sit down joint who actually serve great food are priced right too. This place is legit a hidden gem! I highly recommend!! 10/10
