All the rolls are delicious and they have a good variety. So far, I've had seven different rolls, all very good. Service is acceptable and the food arrived in a timely manner. And this spot doesn't disappoint. It's off of the beaten path in a way. Every bite was truly sensational. We have been dreaming of our return to this little gem.I constantly think of their risotto and schnitzel. So creamy, so crunchy, so fresh. Their lemonade was amazing as well!!! While I do agree that it wasn't exactly cool temperature wise, you do have to remember that you're in Sacramento with scorching temperatures."

Tara K. "My friend and I went here for dessert after Mexican food at El Balcon. We sat at the bar, the bartender was very nice and helped us decide on which dessert to try. We split the Cream Brûlée and the flourless Chocolate Cake. They were both magnificent. The Brûlée was creamy with a fresh raspberry compote on top of the sugar shell. My friend had never had Cream Brûlée, needless to say, I got 2.5 bites of it. The flourless chocolate cake was just as divine as the Brûlée. It was dense, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was served with a healthy scoop of fresh whipped cream. Both of these desserts were decadent and masterfully delicious. I will be back to try dinner! Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the desserts. I did however, take a pic of their 1942 tequila This restaurant would be a perfect date night place, the ambiance was bougie and elegant. Quiet and tucked in the perfect spot in the middle of the center it is located."

Their wine selection is fantastic, the small plates we got were made from high quality ingredients and executed well. We sat at the bar and got to speak to the staff, including, Austin, who made our night even better. They also have a wine club, which if I lived closer, would have joined in a heart beat. They restored an old craftsmen style building and it has a wonderful 1930s vibe and it makes the experience truly memorable. Their wines are all great. We ended up joining their wine club which offers murder mystery parties. We spent a wonderful afternoon here learning about the grape varietals and the unique wine making style of these two gentlemen who moved from silicon valley to pursue their dreams of making great wine for the masses. The wine bar is inside of a building with other businesses so I had to look around before finding the spot (the front door says Wild Hearts Beauty). The inside is clean and modern, there's a lovely display of all their natural wines. They do half and full glasses of wine which is nice. The lady behind the bar helping me was helpful and shared some recommendations. I ended choosing a chilled red Mago that was yummy. For food, I tried the Cheese Whiz and the Shiitake Chowder, which were both unique and tasty. I recommend both!"

Walking in we got greeted by some friendly staff members . The bar area is big and beautiful. They have an area on the back for the bike stuff . They have games and a checkers table I also realized they have Buzztime Tablets for their trivia nights they looked super cool . For drinks we got Sauvignon Blanc my friend got a White Claw . They offer beers and cans stuff like White Caws ect. We realized they have a happy hour I was like on a Saturday? yup ! (Wed-Sat 3pm-6pm )They have nice deals on happy hour taking off $2-$7 bucks off a glass of wine . I got the ROMBAUER glass that normally is $18 for just $12 what a deal ! Their happy hour for food was very reasonable as well! For the food, even the regular menu for me looked very reasonable already . So we ended up ordering the pretzel balls, caprese salad , and the pretzel bun sliders with artichoke dip. Everything was delicious! They have a huge patio outside that was closed the day we went because the day was extremely hot. But I heard they have live music on the weekends and they also do barbecue nights outside. This place is also kid friendly which is good to know . I recommend coming here is was a fun time . Everyone was super nice and attentive love the positive vibes ! The wine and food was delicious. Can't wait to do a patio night soon or a trivia night in the near future !"

My husband had the Lisa Burger which is the biggest burger I've ever seen with pastrami and bacon on it. He ate the whole thing and loved every bite. The server is so sweet and helpful. I absolutely love her.I really like what they are doing here with locally sourced ingredients and a recycle program for leftover food to feed local animals instead of throwing it in the trash. They are so generous with the meat and the broth is so rich. Great balance between everything and I love that their menu has a lot to offer while not being overwhelming. The portions are big and priced well! The up charge for changing bowl sizes or adding extra items are all reasonable as well. You pay for what you get!The inside is very spacious and the bar is such a nice touch! The lobby was decorated all cute for the holidays too which adds a nice touch. Lizz H. "Love the Berkley Bar! Location, location, location! And that is conveniently inside Cafe Bernardo in the beautiful Pavillions Shopping Center. Both the Bar and Cafe are owned and operated by the Paragary family. If you do not want to walk thru the Cafe, you may enter from the outside of the Bar through the beautiful glass doors. The Bar itself is small and intimate. Love that detail! It has clean lines with soft lights, tv for those sport fans and modern, high top tables with comfortable chairs...my fav! A couple of booths too. Can you say, "upscale" feel all the way. What more do you need! There is also a separate outside patio for the bar patrons! It has a real nice vibe. Lovely in the spring and fall.Another plus is the full service feature always going on. It shares the same menu with the Cafe but provides a real person coming to your table taking your order and delivering your food. Unlike certain Cafe hours where you must walk in and self order at the front. Let's talk Happy Hour! May I just say it totally rocks! While the liquor part of the HH is not a huge discount, the Bar Bites portion of the menu is quite a money saver. And your choices are varied and delicious. I must have a photo of it somewhere on my check-ins. I personally love the seasonal pizza. It is $14 regular and half off during HH. Whoa Nelly!:) Nachos, burger sliders, and more. See...the other thing is many restaurants have stopped HH since Covid. Not the Berkley Bar! Customer service at any Paragary establishment is first rate. The same applies here. Loved Marissa and miss her But everyone there is fabulous. At last visit, Sue took care of us marvelously! She was camera shy or I would have her sweet face front and center! So what the heck are you waiting for? Time is a wasting. The short rib was delicious. We added a side of the wild mushroom and amazing! It just added to the dish and made it that much better. The dessert Mont Blanc, wasn't what I was expecting but it was delicious! Not too sweet, real creamy and paired very well with a cup of French press coffee! I chose their red wine flight. They have the white and rose flights also. Didn't ask about the bubbles but I'm sure they have a bubbles flight as well. While I didn't order it, I did see other patrons with their charcuterie boards that did look pretty darn delicious. David M. "Pampas seems to be improving with every visit. On my most recent visit they hit it out of the park in every category.First, impeccable service. The host was warm and welcoming. He made us feel at home. The different cuts were brought out quickly and served with care. The restaurant has an elegant vibe, but if you're dressed casually they don't hold it against you. Second, the salad bar had all the usual fixins, but if I come here and just eat the candied bacon then I'm a happy man. I don't know how they do it but the crunch, sweetness, and savory flavor all come together to make it irresistible. I have to stop myself from filling up on bacon in order to eat the BBQ which really is the star of the show. The BBQ has REALLY improved since the first time I came here and I'm hoping it will get better and better. My favorite item is the picanha with jalepeno. It's the perfect bite of salty and spicy. Even their non protein items like their garlic toast had the perfect garlic to cheese ratio. In my opinion they have mastered the seasonings. Don't forget to try the pineapple and their cheese with honey drizzle. Sleeper items that don't get as much attention but are on the same level as their meats. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in Sacramento looking for a nice night out with great service and an elegant ambiance who also doesn't want to have to stop on the way home for a burger because they didn't have enough to eat. This place will send you home with a full stomach. Highly recommend."

During its soft opening, the owner was present, adding a personal touch to the experience and showcasing the passion behind the concept. The seasonal menu highlights fresh seafood and local ingredients, with close ties to vendors from the farmers market conveniently located right outside. Each of the six omakase courses offered elevated and delicate flavors, demonstrating a thoughtful approach to combining cuisines. While the mabo tofu served as the final course was tasty, it felt slightly out of sync with the rest of the lineup. The wine pairing was an excellent addition, featuring unique selections that perfectly complemented the dishes and were a refreshing departure from standard offerings.
