"My friend and I went here for dessert after Mexican food at El Balcon. We sat at the bar, the bartender was very nice and helped us decide on which dessert to try. We split the Cream Brûlée and the flourless Chocolate Cake. They were both magnificent. The Brûlée was creamy with a fresh raspberry compote on top of the sugar shell. My friend had never had Cream Brûlée, needless to say, I got 2.5 bites of it. The flourless chocolate cake was just as divine as the Brûlée. It was dense, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness. It was served with a healthy scoop of fresh whipped cream. Both of these desserts were decadent and masterfully delicious. I will be back to try dinner! Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the desserts. I did however, take a pic of their 1942 tequila This restaurant would be a perfect date night place, the ambiance was bougie and elegant. Quiet and tucked in the perfect spot in the middle of the center it is located."
"Food: 5/5Service: 4/5Ambiance: 5/5Seating: 4/5Parking: 4/5A great place for delicious BBQ from a locally-owned business. Lots of free, unlimited parking from the medium-sized parking lot. Albeit, the parking lot is a little run-down with a couple pot holes but still free parking. You walk in and order then seat yourself anywhere and they'll bring out your order to you. The customer service is always kind, though a bit slow so prepare to wait for your meal for a bit. Indoors is decorated very nicely with lots of plants and a large tinted window to bring lots of sunlight in. A lot of indoor seating with standard metal chairs that can get uncomfortable to sit on after a long time. The Mac n Cheese is so good, very flavorful and cheesy, perfect if paired with Pulled Pork. This time I also ordered 1/2 chicken, the meat is deliciously seasoned and tender inside. The meal comes with two Hawaiian Bread rolls and a tangy BBQ sauce. The potato salad is good, nothing too unique about it. Overall, a great spot for BBQ and you're supporting a small, local business!"
Four bones in a large dinner and two ribs in a small dinner. Comes with two sides. Please specify in notes. Choices are macaroni and cheese, potato salad or smoked baked beans. Bread and bbq sauce included.

"What a gem of a restaurant. Deeply flavored stews, coq-a-vin, crepes, freshly prepared veggies, price-fix menu, pleasant wine selections, freshly made desserts, 2 servers to get your dishes to you and lots of parking. Dishes seem cooked/prepared at order.I like their red and white tea towels that hold their special silverware. I swear it made eating an elevated event.I also noticed the exterior had beautiful metallurgy and the surrounding buildings were appropriate for the caliber of food here.Make sure to get a reservation just in case."
"I have been to this restaurant a number of times both as a twosome and part of a banquet. I would recommend it it is obviously Italian food. Since the pandemic Daniel, the owner has not been able to hire enough cooks to open for lunch. Service and the ambience is very good."
"One of the best experiences in a restaurant we've had since moving from the bay about 6-7 yrs ago. Dominic was a perfect host/server for my wifes bday. Thanks and will definitely be back!"

We came here with a large party for brunch, and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the Short Rib Benedict (eggs poached hard) and it was SO delicious. Spectacular hollandaise sauce, yummy short ribs, pepperonata (sautéed peppers and onions), and the BEST roasted potatoes i've ever had!!!!! The yukon gold potatoes were soft on the interior, wonderfully crispy on the outside, and encrusted with the best flavors and spices. Wow. The mimosas were tasty too. All in all, a great time.

Allez has it all - authentic, classic French cusine, exceptional service and delightful ambiance. My husband and I fell in love with the Cassoulet Maison, Boeuf Bourguignon and Coq au Vin. The pastries were delicious as well. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Tortellini with mushrooms was delish! Service was great. Good cocktails. They sold out of their lasagna within an hour of opening so it must be good.

Our server was very nice! Her name started with an A. She was very sweet and attentive. I feel bad for forgetting! The ambiance of this place comes off as modern - ish Italy. Very cute decor, nice booths, nice dish ware and we loved how you can see the pasta being made. Everything that we tasted was pretty good. I will say the calamari we had as an appetizer wasn't too flavorful. We felt it needed a tad bit of salt. It definitely needed that aioli to give it more depth. The other thing was the spicy pasta my husband got. It was too spicy to where it was too spicy to consume in one sitting. The other 3 dishes we got were good and portions were enough to satisfy your hunger. We hear they are a sister restaurant to mimosa house and that's pretty cool, I've been there before! We will most likely stop in again sometime to try other items.

Wish they would hire the chefs from Samurai Sushi. This new sushi place is ok. The sushi is not as good as the old Samurai Sushi. All their sushi taste the same. Unfortunately, I don't think I like their sushi at all. It's nothing special.I miss the sushi that was made by Samurai Sushi chefs.I wonder they they all went.

Such great flavorful food. Wonderful wine. We enjoyed the Spanish red blend and a temparnillo. Everything we order was exceptional, bread and dipping sauce, shrimp, pork, vegetables, beef tips and mushrooms. Bread pudding for dessert. I forgot how good everything is here. It's still fantastic. Friendly service. We plan to return soon.

"We came here with our young kids on a Friday night and they were so welcoming. Excellent service, great food and wine, and live music. How can you go wrong?! Quaint and relaxing, one of the best Friday nights as a family. It felt like date night- with our kids! We will definitely be back!"
"Outstanding food. Everything is so fresh and tasty. This is our fourth visit and they have not disappointed. The sashimi melts in your mouth and is super fresh. All the rolls are delicious and they have a good variety. So far, I've had seven different rolls, all very good. Service is acceptable and the food arrived in a timely manner. This is no our go to place!!!Check it out."
"This is the place I wish I frequented more often while I lived in Sacramento. It is the perfect date spot. The perfect cafe setting. And gem hidden in the City of Trees. Whether you are looking for a quaint restaurant to treat yourself or an intimate setting to treat your better half, Tapa the World should be the first pick on your list. With its Spanish theme a professional service no patron could leave without the fulfillment of both flavor and satisfaction. Good people, great food, romantic atmosphere for any occasion. Tapa the World has my heart in Sacramento."
"Beautiful space. In an accessible part of midtown easy parking on a Friday night. Warmly greeted by people our host. We made reservations, not required, highly recommended. The wait staff is superior in every way. Seamless service without ever feeling like it was too much. Allan was great. Wide open but doesn't suffer from being too loud. I think the tall ceiling helps. The food was exquisite. The antipasto had a wonderful assortment of meats, pickled vegetables, crostini, wonderful olives and tasty cheese. Our halibut was cooked perfectly. Served on a bed of mizuna with pomegranate seeds and slices of fried delicata squash. The Pinot noir was very nice. The selection of NA beers was great. Opted for a fieldwork hazy ipa. 16 ounce can of deliciousness. Highly recommended. IMO One of Sacramento's most underrated spots to dine out."
"Great pizza! I've spent the last 10yrs here in the sac area trying to find the best pizza. Everyone says they have the best, but let's best honest, we are all searching for a better one. This one is a the top of the list as far as great pizza. I would have given 5but it's a little pricey. So on occasion I will splurge. Very good"
