"We visited John's Incredible Pizza over the weekend to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to its pre-COVID reputation. Here's a detailed breakdown of our experience:Arrival and Timing:First off, I highly recommend arriving earlier in the day to avoid the crowds. When we got there early, the lines for the games were shorter, and there was more seating available in the various dining rooms.Food and Service:The buffet offers a decent variety of food, but the attendants were notably slow to replenish items. At the baked potato station, I had to scrape together the last remnants of toppings, and the ice machine was frequently down or out of ice cream cones. The soda station also took quite a while to get restocked with cups.Promotions and Offers:When I checked in on Yelp, I received an offer for 10 free credits. However, redeeming these credits was a hassle. The front desk attendant had no idea how to process them, and the same issue occurred when I tried at the back. One attendant even suggested it looked sketchy due to the lack of a barcode, and the manager was equally clueless.
